Good service

The service I received from Amber Lola and Donna was above and beyond! I hasten to add they sorted out some difficult initial problems with the distribution company that required a great deal of attention, their professionalism shone through at all times.
I would personally like to thank them all for everything.

Visited furniture village a couple of times trying to find a sofa, Michael looked after us on both occasions, very helpful and knowledgable, not pushy and made the experience enjoyable

We bought a table and chairs from Furniture Village in Stevenage. Michael assisted us every time we went into the store to have a look to make sure they were the right set for our kitchen. Each time we met him, he was helpful, really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble! He also gave us options to ensure affordability. I’d definitely buy from the store using Michael’s services again. We’re delighted with the table and chairs and also found the three delivery guys so friendly and helpful when they dropped them off. We came into store on Sunday with 2 kids and I cannot recommend Michael enough for his patience and product knowledge. We actually only came into look at colours and we came away ordering a sofa and a bed with mattress. The finance option is also brilliant. Michael was so patient with us whilst we decided what we wanted and made the whole process so easy so I highly recommend asking for him when going into store.
