Always a lovely place to shop. Staff are very helpful. Lots to choose from. Prices are very good. I've made 3 purchases from here & not had any complaints yet.

I’m delighted with my new sofas. Staff in store were helpful and friendly each time we went in. We had a delay of a few days to our original delivery date but FV kept me informed at all times.

Dave and Robbie did a great job delivering and putting them together. They phoned about 25 minutes before they arrived so I was ready and were quick, friendly and efficient, explaining how to work the recliners/headrests and making sure I was happy. Best of all, they left nothing behind so no clearing up to do - just sitting and enjoying my new sofas!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, no heavy sales pressure. Very good selection.

Raymond was very helpful demonstrated the reclining chairs and it’s features size etc which was very important for my husband who is just recovering from sciatica .
After deciding to purchase the Parker knoll Hudson power plus reclining chair he left us to select leather colour which he advised us to take the samples to the daylight then he made us a coffee a very pleasant experience for us with no pressure at all from Raymond

After hunting for the perfect sofa for a month. We felt so well looked after and listened to by Victoria.

This is my first experience with furniture village as one of my friend recommended and the reason for buying one of the sofa was the benefit of getting delivered within 2 weeks time instead of waiting for more than 6 weeks time and the reason for that is the urgent requirement due to a function at home. So we agreed for the delivery on 24th Jul which was the earliest date but unfortunately delivery people phoned us and told that the delivery will be delayed and will be delivered by 28th Jul and after that they changed the delivery date again to 1st Aug.
Also the delivery people didn’t contact us or we didn’t receive any notification and all of sudden there was a knock on the door early morning by 6.45 where we were in the middle of good sleep and we have to rush ourself to make the arrangements for them to assemble the sofa
Also once we received the sofa we are not feeling much comfortable as what we expected from the showroom as we feel that we have not ordered the correct sofa
This was highlighted to the branch and we had a visit to see the manager which he explained that as this is new sofa will feel the hardness compared with the display item as it’s been long time.
That’s why overall our satisfactory level of the product is really low

Having placed the order for a corner bench on 28th June at the Southampton branch, we were told delivery would be 1-2 weeks. My previous 1 star Trust Pilot review promoted an email from the Furniture Village customer experience team the following day to follow up on the review. A week later and still no contact from the store, so no updates or explanation whatsoever for the delays. Having logged into my account in an attempt to get an update on delivery status, the order is now showing even further delays with delivery now scheduled for 30th August - nine weeks from placing the original order! I would not have even known about this further delay had I not checked myself. The website clearly states 1-2 weeks delivery, the lack of communication and non-adherence to their own advertised lead times is just unacceptable.

I was recommended to go to Furniture Village by a friend who took me to the Southampton store. We were greeted by a nice chap called Raymond who looked after us through the whole process of finding a corner sofa that would fit into a small space. Mission accomplished I left knowing I’d made the right choice and now look forward to receiving my new sofa very soon.

We bought a mattress on saturday was helped by Ray who was a great help no pushy sales technique and was really helpful. Would highly recommend the store and Ray.

Excellent service in store from Aleks, he was very helpful, friendly and very patient with us on our hunt for our perfect sofa. Grant Hale made are experience very pleasurable he listened to what we wanted and advised us with size and colour. Advised us to look at the colour samples outside as you get a different shade. We were also offered a cup of tea while discussing colours etc. Thanks Grant for all your help and words of advice.
