Great service with a smile The Delivery Specialists were Ste and Jordan they were very pleasant and helpful, They assembled everything and placed the Dining Table where we wanted and the same with the Sofa. Ste also explained how everything operates.
I would definitely recommend them to deliver my next order in the future.

Great service all round.
Ordering = simple and straightforward.
Product price = unbeatable.
Delivery times = only bit i think could be improved is a smaller window as you don't find out til the morning when it'll arrive.
Delivery staff = Ste & Jord, what lovely people, put mat down, wore protective shoe covers, very friendly, all done so quickly - they're worth the 5 stars alone.

Chris and Stu, the delivery guys from furniture village were amazing, they brought all our heavy furniture into the house and set it all up perfectly, it wasn't easy for them as even before delivery they were sent to another location by their sat nav and then had to negotiate a huge van onto our road which is literally still a building site, but they remained cheerful despite the obstacles.

After a bad delivery previously from Furniture Village ‘contractors’ where they were rude, delivered damaged furniture and would not speak English which we found disrespectful and wanted to leave the damaged furniture with us. We complained and were told that we definitely would have furniture village staff for our future deliveries-this was not the case even though I called them 3 times to check and each time was reassured.
Nevertheless, the team who delivered and assembled our dining table were a breath of fresh air. Two lovely lads from Liverpool, Vinnie, one of them, came to our door singing!
They are truly the dynamic due! Would not leave until they were sure our dining table and chairs were in the correct place.
Really funny, polite and sweet young men who restored our faith in Furniture Village.
Saying that, the Transport manager - Jean Claude leaves much to be desired as on my request he called me before delivery took place, I told him of my reluctance to have contractors which he knew we shouldn’t have had!!! He just ignored the message from customer services!
He also said he would call me after my delivery-he didn’t!
That’s why I have deducted one star because of him (not the lovely Tony & Vinnie) Jean Claude’s obvious blasé attitude to Furniture Village customers who have spent thousands of pounds with them does not sit well with my husband and I.
We have other furniture to be delivered in a few weeks time and I fully expect a response to this review from the powers that be but I won’t hold my breath after promises from transport manager, Jean Claude, came to nothing.
Well done Tony & Vinnie ! We fell for your Liverpudlian charm and good humour!

Ste and Jordan did my sofa build and were careful, courteous and friendly. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant interaction.

Great communication- we were informed when our bed would be delivered and timescales were kept to. Friendly efficient staff.

Was contacted by the delivery team an hour before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Arrived early and completed the delivery no problem. Set up the dining suite with speed and efficiency. Removed all packaging and were very polite. A job well executed. Thanks guys

The guys who came were very professional in their attitude and assembly of the table. All materials were removed from site. All extra items left,an explanation of what they were for was given. 5 stars.

They called 20 minutes before arrival and texted as well
Arrived on time. Assembled the furniture and left and took all the rubbish with them
One thing I didn’t like was that they came in and out in their work shoes without any shoe coverings. It was a bit wet outside so they wet my brand new carpet that I had just laid. They tried to wipe their shoes before entering but I now have wet and dirty carpet in some spots .
It would be appreciated if they can wear covering when they enter the house.
Looking at other reviews , they seemed to take off shoes but chose not at my residence. Not sure why they were biased . I m sure they were just too tired at 8 am 😡

Ste and Jord gave me notice of when they would arrive . They were really quick professional and respectful lads , did a great job , made no mess and really nice genuine lads , would be more than happy for them to come back and couldn't recommend them enough.

On time, pleasant and chatty, took away all tbe rubbish.

The delivery team were great, very polite and delivered our new mattress with no fuss. Thank you, excellent service all round

Driver called giving us notice of arrival which was appreciated. Table installed in super quick time. He then gave us instructions on how to disassemble if needed, plus all the parts required to do this. Very clean. Very professional. Took all the rubbish away. Would recommend highly.

Brilliant service from ordering in store to all the communication for delivery at a time that suited me as I needed building work to be completed . The company was so understanding in this. Then on day of delivery received a message with time of delivery window and then a phone call when they were 10 minutes away. Delivery guys were brilliant and so respectful. A very happy customer who would not hesitate to use Furniture Village again.
