Funiture village has always been my favourite Funiture place for over 26 years now.
Most of the home decor I bought about 20 years ago still looks great and people ask me where I got them from.

Raheem made our experience exceptional, very helpful,kind and he knows his job properly by explaining every singal detail.

Customer service

Raheem was attentive, caring and kind. The sofa we wanted was on clearance but upon later inspection we realised that it was a right hand corner sofa and not a left (which is what we needed), he sorted a fantastic deal out for us. A very calm and well-spoken employee. Thanks raheem!

Really poor experience. Bought a table from here. As a young couple it is exciting to buy furniture and a first time for everything you wish for it to be smooth. We paid a deposit of £400 in cash at the store. We were not informed that if the payment was made with cash we would have to return in store to pay the remainder of the table. The sales exec said he would contact us within a few weeks and ask for a payment. I had waited 6 weeks and still had not heard back. When I contact furniture village my self I got through to the sales exec who sold me the table. He said we have to come to store to make payment and the update on our order is that the table was at the warehouse house for over a week. I had questioned why we haven’t been contacted and he replied I was away from the business. I then asked why hadn’t he handed over to someone else does furniture village not take customer experience as their top priority. We then were offered to make a transfer so we did.
On the day of delivery the guys came and asked about where the flat was, assembled really nicely, we do have a no shoes rule in our house as we have a baby. Would have appreciated if the request was followed by one of the drivers. Stepped on my rug with their outdoor shoes. If they do want to keep their shoes on they should really have shoe covers. Over all I have not enjoyed this experience and will question my self whether I should buy from such an unprofessional organisation again.

The store is well laid out with a variety of displays showing various options in the different ranges. It's thirsty work choosing a new sofa and there was refreshments available. I felt free to wander around on my own until I felt I needed assistance. Amgad was a great help, very informative and patient.

Excellent care and information from Raheem Khan helped us make our decisions. We felt looked after and his knowledge and confidence was impressive as well as good manner.

The delivery guys Brenya and Alfred were very professional. They secured the floor and I was very surprised as never had that before. The guys had consideration entering my property and were very respectful. After setting up my sofa, they advised me on how to operate my recliner and when they left. I was a very satisfied customer.
Well done Brenya and Alfred, you are an asset to the company. Keep up the good work.

A gentleman named Sean was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

On 16.02, my family and I visited the Furniture Village store, where we purchased furniture for our home. We would especially like to thank Asif for his outstanding assistance. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout our visit, and we are truly grateful for his support.

We would also like to say a special thank you for the gifts — that was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.

Once our order arrives, we will definitely leave another review to share our experience.

8 weeks and still not received table - 2 huge mistake for delivery and no compensation / apologies.
Very good until you pay the money, then they dont care about you and treat the customers very badly.
I have had 2 failed deliveries: first one after 4 weeks, the table was completely broken in many pieces, second one 3 weeks later it was the wrong colour. Called me 2 days later, no apologies, to tell me I had to wait another 10days for delivery. and worst of all calling me back to tell me that they cant reember the delivery date, this is beyind ridiculous! I was promised some floor protector by sales man, but no one seems to recall this. Waiting time is one avarge 30minutes to talk to someone!!! I am extremely frustrated and upset about the whole experience.... no apologies or compensation offered after all of this.

I brought a lovely 2 and 3 seater sofa from furniture village which arrived 2 weeks ago. I love these sofas but unfortunately I've noticed a clicking sound when I sit on them. I called the care team and spoke to Kieran who helped me within minutes. He was pleasant and helpful and explained all the next steps. He put my mind at ease by organising a technician to contact me.

I would have given 5 however, my order has not been completed yet. Mattress has not been delivered today - Sleep Story Memory Pocket Mattress, until I asked the lovely gentleman about it and called their office, and they said tomorrow.
I am still not sure whether it will be delivered as I have not got any update from them, or time slot. Very disappointed. I am more worried if the right thing would be delivered.

Update: 19/02/2026: Mattress delivered yesterday. My order now completed.

Though my free- Sleep Story Pair of Pillows was included in the order was not delivered, but it is not a big deal.

Thank you Furniture Village, thank you Joseph at Enfield, the 2 gentlemen who assembled the bed, and the who delivered the mattress. Everyone I encountered in this process has been professional. Finally thank you Shanice for you response.
