This is a scam. Paid 200 for a mattress for my 88 year old mum with dementia. Never delivered and no one calls back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.

NO STARS. Do not ever order from this company. We ordered a hospital grade mattress for a special needs boy. When it turned up it was literally like 2 different kinds of foam glued together in the middle. We have fought ever since to get our money back. They rarely answer phone and never emails. Went through online claims thing and they wrote us a cheque that bounced so still no money. Absolute joke

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, avoid them. I was promised delivery within 3 days, nothing turned up! I have requested so many call backs nobody ever calls back. They show stock as available on their website, they take your money and then call to say its out of stock.

I placed an order for a hospital grade mattress for next day delivery 4/11/2020 and I have not received it 10/11/2020. I have emailed and called every day and nobody returns my calls or emails.

Horrendous, ordered a double bed for a gentleman with learning disabilities who waited by the door for this to be delivered day after day and it never arrived, unable to get refund so going through fraud dept with bank. They ignored my calls and 5 emails. A complete disgrace and clearly fraudsters!

In a rush to buy a bed for my Nan and after spending £449 for a new bed I have experienced the same issues as everyone else! Endless calls with no other response than someone will call you back - they never do!
Today I cancelled my order and was told 'someone from after sales will be in contact'.....So I've called the bank and asked them to try and recover the money! NEVER AGAIN!

Dont buy from this company. Once you have paid you have no confirmation email. So no invoice number. When you ring you are greeted with a rude person who will not confirm anything but says he will pass to sales team. Noone gets back. Its a total con. Are now trying to get money back through bank.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful company. do not ever order from here. I placed an order on 14th Sept and half of it has still not been delivered. I've called on numerous occasions and can't get through to anyone at the after sales team, no one answers the phone!! No one responds to any emails. The sales team refuse to provide contact details. I've been expecting a call back for weeks and get told every single time I call that my details will be passed on.

I ordered a hospital grade waterproof mattress for my mother who is disabled and chose the highest grade to ensure quality.
Placed the order then read the reviews.... I was absolutely terrified. Rookie mistake as I’m usually bang on checking reviews first.
I called the company who answered first time, I explained my worries and was reassured that all would be okay with my order. The guy was very polite.
They use an external courier so said delivery would be tue or wed. Today is Wednesday and the mattress was delivered. The delivery guy was kind to my mother and brought it in to the house. I received two text messages during the day Informing me of time of delivery.
Mattress is high quality and nice and firm as advertised for pressure. Not too firm though. Also has the fire retardant label on it. I even chucked a glass of water over it to make sure and was absolutely fine.
Things the company need to improve on

- more communication about delivery
- honesty on the website about delivery
- The overall look of the invoicing as it looks amateur.

Overall I can really complain and as stated the mattress is high quality and much cheaper than other hospital grade ones. Quality for mum was most important for me.

Wanted to leave a good review as I feel the company is maybe being pulled down by this and need constructive feedback rather than insults

I should have read the customer reviews prior to purchasing. Bought a hospital-grade Waterproof Mattress, waterproof divan base, and headboard all for £489.99. I have paid extra to be delivered to the room. It was delivered almost unannounced, the delivery guy calls just to inform me that they will be there with the bed within 45 minutes. Delivery guys were unhelpful and were not willing to put the bed together for the customer who has a disability.

The headboard has no marking for screw hole to attach to the bed base, and no instruction whatsoever, no fire label (doesn't not complies with British Standards) waterproof covering for all -mattress, headboard, and divan base is a cheap material and would not withstand a tiny spark of fire (it's no, no, no for a smoker) and very prone to tears, scratch, etc. The mattress is not comfortable and the divan bed base is made out of cheap material, is very thin and not sturdy. I'm very disappointed with the poor quality of the products and poor customer service of Furniture247.co.uk I would really hesitate to recommend this company who does not put quality on their products.

Ordered an incontinence mattress for my son and needed it quickly. Confirmed order date was the next day. After waiting in all the next day it hadn’t arrived so called furniture 24/7 who said they would look into it and call me back, I then called back later in the day to be told it would not be delivered that day but would be delivered in 2 days time. Again I waited in and it wasn’t delivered, after calling I was told it would be the next day and again it wasn’t delivered. I am now unable to get through to them on the phone and have no idea if my order is coming or not after already paying for it. Shocking customer service and completely unreliable company would recommend no one uses them.

I will never order from this company ever again.

Made a telephone order and requested delivery for 16.9.20

This was agreed. I waited in an empty house for 11 hrs.

Made several calls to find out where the delivery was.

Was told they would pass my number to somebody.

They never called back. I think I called at least 10 times.

17.9.20 I received a call saying the delivery was on it's way.

The courier was annoyed because I could only meet them at 15.45
Explained I waited the whole day previously.

They said they were only given the delivery on the 17th.

The aftersales number just rings and rings.

This company offers a terrible service. And certainly doesn't live up to what it claims.

My partner ordered a rubberized mattress for our disabled son on 11/8/2020 just after midnight as she had read the advertisement stating "Order before noon Tuesday & your delivery will be with you Wednesday" it is now Tuesday 18/8/2020 & still no mattress.my partner has emailed several times but never had any kind of reply. Myself & my partner have both Phoned daily(sometimes more than once) but always told by the girls on the phone that they will take the order number, my partner's phone number etc & pass it on to warehouse who will call us back, this has never happened. In the end I demanded to speak to a manager of some kind but until today was fobbed off with "we're just the overflow team there's no manager here and we don't have any numbers for head office" etc, etc. Complete b******s! After telling the girl today I am calling trading standards & want to cancel the order & get my partner's money back I was given this number 02089522202 & told to ask for Mark which is option 3 (head of sales alledgedly). I called this number but it just rang & rang until it went to voice mail. I rang back & tried options 1 & 2 but same thing, voicemail. This company's customer service is almost non existent. You call sales you get some girls fobbing you off with the exact same line no matter which one you talk to, I've had 4 so far. You call after sales & it just rings out every single time. We've both separately contacted trading standards today & my partner has called her bank & we are also looking into legal action, but unlike another reviewer stated they settled out of court WE will NOT! This joke of a company needs it's trading licence revoked torn to shreds & burnt to ash! Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs!

I dealt with this company a few years ago. The first item I ordered was a chest of drawers. They were delivered within a reasonable length of time and are decent quality for the money. Some time later I placed another order for matching drawers and a bedside table. I've never had so much hassle with a company. Waited ages and no furniture. Every time I phoned them I was fobbed off with a different excuse why they hadn't delivered. Eventually I got sick of waiting and hearing all the excuses so told them I wanted my money back. Heyho the furniture was delivered a couple of weeks later. I would NEVER EVER EVER deal with them again.

Very poor customer service, which does not reflect claims made on website. No response to messages. Given incorrect info from customer services when I eventually got through. Would definitely not use again.

I ordered a mattress over a month and a half later Of calls and emails I finally received a rather rubbish item
You can feel the springs and the bed lots off the mattress base when you sit on it.
Two months later even having been promised a refund from the boss and guess what I have no refund.
Funny they only answer my calls if I use someone else’s phone

Ordered mattress 11 days ago paid by card, but then no contact from them at all! I e.mailed & rang numerous times but nothing? Finally I got to talk to someone who said it would be deliverd to day by xdp couriers.
It was & arrived in time slot given, the Mattress is in good condition.
They need to communicate more to customers & be up front about the order. The website says next day delivery which isnt true. In the current climate of covid 19 it's understandable that things are different but at least answer the phone or customer e.mails.

I did not purchase anything myself but i do know that this company hire a third party to answer their calls so when you complain it is impossible to come through to anyone who actually works for them. You get diverted to an office god knows where with people hired to take their calls but no access to orders or any real power to do anything. The company ignores all the messages/phone calls the third party send through so they take the money and hide from any real contact with customers. Do not order from them. They are the worst company to ever exist.

Awful Experience - Do Not buy from them ..... they don’t deliver to their Service promise - they don’t answer their phone unless your lucky enough to get a receptionist who promises call backs that don’t happen and they ignore e-mail complaints - they should not be allowed to trade!

Disgusting my elderly mother sleeping on her chair as the mattress that has been paid for never arrived. My mother has multiple sclerosis and is a frail lady, who needed mattress replacement & is still waiting for this new mattress .
