Great value for money bedroom furniture
Great value for money bedroom furniture. The only thing is that you have a 12week gap between order and delivery. Once the order is ready for delivery the process is fast with the delivery team keeping you updated with regards to their drop off time and they ring you 1 hr prior to arriving at your property.

What can i say nice about furniture barn not a lot the salesman promised our delivery would be 10 weeks lie one put the phone down on me saying again 10 weeks lie 2 promised our bed and mattress would be delivered together lie

Patience is a virtue
I Ordered a table many months ago told that delivery was 5 weeks or so.Paid a deposit to Lower the Bill' six weeks later waiting still. Was being very patient remaining calm'' Never heard a word from FURITURE BARN.1 day 2 days weeks went by'so I went to their store to find out WHY. I Then paid the balance job now done'i was fed every excuse under the sun.To add insult to injury they then had the cheek' to tell me delivery would be in six week.At the end of July having barely survived'the table I ordered then finally arrived.I was pleased with the product that much I can say'having spent 10 weeks eating meals on a tray.So if you need something sooner'this advise I shall share'Prepare to be PATIENT........Or just buy ELSEWHERE......TONYDEE......

Excellent Service
We have been in Grantham 17 years and had never been into The Furniture Barn before; our loss. We are just moving house and found Keeley and Sharon to be so helpful that we have bought quite a few items from them and are very pleased with the service. Nice furniture, rubbish after sales
Nice furniture, was dealt with by a P Toomey at the doncaster store.
Told us to ignore paperwork dates of ten to twelve weeks delivery it would arrive in six to eight. It didn't. The paperwork was correct.
He made a big deal out of saying that's my email and number ant problems contact me, neither answered emails or messages left.
Delivery is not dealt with by doncaster nut elsewhere.

Excellent service, will definitely use again
I purchased six dining room chairs from Furniture barn & asked for them to be assembled on site. I was told that they were out of stock with the manufacturer when I ordered them and that I would have to wait 6weeks. The chairs were delivered to me in less than this time, by two cheerful & helpful gentleman in a large van. They unpacked the chairs outside the property, loading all the packing material back into the van. They then carefully assembled each chair after which they were all carried into the house. The chairs are perfect and the service I received from Furniture Barn was excellent, particularly the very helpful lady who sold us the chairs.

Long wait for the items I ordered and…
Long wait for the items I ordered and delivery people unable to get them through the door. However they left the items on the premises and we were able to sort things out ourselves within a few days. Storage charges quoted were steep - 35% of total value. If we had needed a second delivery this would have proved very expensive - fortunately this was not the case. Goods themselves appear to be of good quality and are just what I wanted. Price not unreasonable. Customer service good. Would use this company again for future needs.

Sounds like there were a few more complications with this order than we would like to hear!
We are working hard on reducing our long delivery times that apply to certain pieces n certain circumstances. This feedback is really invaluable to ensure that we keep addressing the issues and I trust that you were kept informed if there were any delays that differed to your original quoted delivery time.
Regarding access to your property - unfortunately we are at your mercy here. If the goods don't fit in we will always try our best to get them into your home- but we can't do that if there is a risk of damaging the furniture, your property or even ourselves. In these instances a failed delivery is charged at £35 if we have to take the goods back and if you would like us to store the items it is £7.50 per item per day. We would always rather not to have to do this - but we only have a finite amount of warehouse space so if we start holding on to items for customers, then you can see that this could start to impair our ability to deliver future orders for customers.
The main thing is that you've got the furniture into your home, and that you are happy with the pieces! Hooray!!
With any subsequent deliveries from us - just let one of my sales colleagues know about the access issues when ordering and we will do our best to ensure that we come prepared with alternative solutions if we can help in any way.

Lovely good quality furniture at sensible prices. Staff are great and don’t try to hassle you. They leave you to look around and are there to help you when you need it. It is always my first choice furniture shop and I have continued to return and find what I want each time.
