Easy ordering process - fast delivery. No opened it yet as its a christmas present but so far 5* rating

The only downside was no email confirmation for delivery and for tracking purposes. This caused issues for delivery, luckily a neighbour was in but with the item being large and heavy it was not ideal.
If I would order in future I would much prefer and require notification for delivery.

I have used this company a few times now and have had great experiences with them. Product ordered was delivered quickly and. Well packaged.

Brilliant delivery not tried scooter yet as it is a xmas present

I ordered a black scooter for my son on the 27/10/2017 for his birthday on the 06/11/2017 they sent a pink one without a resend slip it took ages then they had stated that they had sent another one on the 08/11/2017 at 11.30 in the morning by TNT and signed by me, which was untrue has I was at work and my house was empty. This is the worse service I have ever come across. I’m out of money and my son has not received is birthday present. This has caused stress and inconvenience. I will never order from them again. And I urge anyone to think again in ordering from this company. Stephanie from London

Absolutely love our new golf GTI. We brought one for our daughters second birthday and after setting it up we are really impressed. We didn’t realise the wheels have blue LEDs which was a bonus when we put it together. It has so many awesome features and the pictures or description definitely do not do this little car justice. We brought our older daughter a ride on when she was two and this car makes her one look like a total waste of money for what we got pound for pound. I couldn’t imagine anyone not likening this car if you want a VW ride on.

I bought a Jaguar ride on for my grandson for Xmas. I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is well made and looks stunning ( pity it's not made in the U.K).
I received an excellent service and the car was dispatched and arrived within 3 days. It was also easy to assemble.

Purchased an electric jeep for my grandson. Super quick delivery. He is too young to fully appreciate the jeep as he is only 1, and the recommendation is 3+, but as it has a remote control so his parents can control it until he is a little older. It has been very well received.

The order process was quick from start to finish. I was updated on the delivery process and given an hours time slot for arrival. Can't fault them and can't wait to see my little boys face when he sees his ride on Merc.

Good service. Speedy 5 day delivery to spain. Only thing that stops me putting 5 star is that i ordered personalized plates and they are not in the box

Absolutely fantastic company to order from, good prices, loads of information on the car I bought and very fast free shipping. Opened the box to have a look if everything looks ok which it does but not set up yet as it’s a xmas present for my little man.

Ordered a Rocket Renegade 24v ride-on jeep for our grandchildren. The courier service tried to deliver the day before the arranged date but we were not there and when I phoned they were unable to offer re-delivery. Fun 4 Kids were totally uninterested in helping to get my item delivered. They did not want to contact the courier and constantly passed the burden of chasing up back to me. Garry even suggested at one point that I should find out what was happening and let him know! After 3 weeks and a lot of pushing on my part I was told that my item was lost and all they could suggest was that I contact the courier 'to arrange delivery'. I gave up and asked for a refund, a request they ignored. Finally, I opened a claim with Amazon and was granted a full refund within 2 hours. Interestingly, Fun 4 Kids replied to my review of them on Amazon with a standard comment blaming the courier and recent cyber attacks and stating that they had given me a refund along with an apology. That was a lie, they made no contact with me after I asked for a refund and certainly have not apologised. What a shameful and dishonest way to do business.

I was looking for a decent sized trampoline for home and found the fun4kids website through browsing. I was impressed both with the ease of navigation on the website and the trampolines on display. I settled on a 14' Rebo Base Jump trampoline. F4K do say that once ordered, delivery is toward the end of May. I ordered at the beginning of May. Once it arrived, I checked through the parts and found a package missing. It was difficult to get through to F4K by phone, but email was effective and convenient. The missing box was sent on with a minimum of delay (Garry was very helpful). In assembling the trampoline, the instructions suggest 3 adults. I managed 99% by myself with just some logical thinking. Also the instructions show assembly in pictures with few words. However, all the parts were present, assembly was in a logical way and once set up is very stable. The parts seem robust and the whole is stated to be able to support weight up to 150kg. I'm pretty impressed so far (June 2017) and will keep F4K in memory.

Very poor customer service and slow response to faulty purchase. Not recommended

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND YOU WILL EITHER NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS (BUT GET CHARGED FOR THEM ANYWAY), PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY (BUT NOT GET IT AND GET CHARGED ANYWAY), AND THEY DON'T REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS. I am in the process of contacting my bank to obtain the money back and will then contact the ombudsmun to have them shut down.

Ordered a ride-on car from fun4kids as a birthday gift.
They use amazon account to pay for the order, so look legitimate. After placing the order, the money deducted immediately and the guy called saying the item is not in stock and they have something else for same price.
I agreed on phone as there was not much time left and they confirmed the dispatch afterwords on email.
Next day, received the parcel with number plate only. I called the guy (who changed my order) several times but he did not pickup phone. Emailed to their help desk several times, but there is no response.
Just contacted amazon for my payment return, let's see what happens.
These guys should not be in business and should not be allowed to use reputed companied like amazon for their payment.
Beware and stay away from this guy.

You sold to me an electric scooter with broken wires. I have tried to contact you today in vain. No one picks the phone. Someone by the names Garry in your company claims my receipt belongs to another item. Are you ripping me off?
