Dark, dark green, stains your hands, knees and your clothes. Has no effect of relief. No details of company on jar. Absolute con.

I bought the herbal salve for arthritis in my hands but now have the whole family using it with great results. Sorts out painful knees, hip joints, back pain etc. highly recommend

Herbal salve would never work because it's coloured dark blue which stains skin and is almost impossible to remove so rubbing it off skin rather defeats the object surely?. It did not arrive through Amazon . It was a drop ship from China. I'd like a refund. It's a scam

Customer service is appaling. My tub had leaked and after several email and photos to show the problem they have refused a refund. I can see no mention in the advert that the gel leaves a bright green stain, this is only revealed on the card that is in the product packaging. I would strongly advice against buying this product. I would have scored it nil if I had been able to.

The product didnt help with pain as advertised in video. Stained neck and clothes. Bought because I thought it would give me some relief but didn’t help at all . Video was very convincing and I waited eagerly for its arrival. I wish I’d read the other reviews earlier x I think they should be taken of FB so others don’t buy their products .

Awful customer service and unusable product for me . A complete waste of my money. There is no warning of this on purchase therefore they should warn or refund in my view.

This is a scam. Herbal Salve purchased stains skin green there is nothing natural about this product. Skin staining is an absolute red flag and dangerous. Do not buy!!!!!!

SCAMMY product... If I could give a zero star rating I would. I ordered the rapid relief herbal salve because of the promised benefits and list of ingredients. What they don't tell you is that the product is BLACK and will stain your hands from application, anything you put it on, as well as your clothes or anything you accidentally touch. I would NOT have even considered it. Worst, the product doesn't really improve things, but then again, it's hard to apply regularly when you know it is making a mess of things. Feels so misleading and what a waste of my money when I need a good solution for joint pain. I feel tricked and ripped off :(

This people are liar, they said they delivered and never been delivered. I keep sending emails with not responses.

very poor labelling and the lack of proper labelling makes me wonder what this is. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. As wrapped, it is going to go into the bin!

the salva dose not work stains everything green

3 weeks on, still waiting for my Salve. I wish I had read these reviews, not facebook!

Product spilt in transit, although still usable, Frumosa replaced free of charge, no questions asked.
The product and customer service has been brilliant.

DO NOT BUY. This is coming from China and not declared in add. I found out through the postage tracking. Looks like bedroom packaging! Obviously dyed a dark green which stains the skin badly.I don't trust the product.

I have had the same experience. Does not work, green colour stains. I asked for a refund and twice was refused. How is this company allowed to keep our money for a product that does not work. Where is Trading Standards!!!

Herbal salve. Took ages to come. Opened up the product. Dark green cream that stains your skin. No usage details on the the jar. No country of origin either.

Ordered items over a week ago, no email to say it's been shipped, company still cannot tell me when I will receive my items. Very poor company, first and last time I will order from them. Avoid!

I have received a herbal salve wich made my skin frog-green and it is not possible to wash clean. I should have been informed about this … and off cource I would never have bought it, if I had known that. Not at all OK. 410 DDK for nothing!!!!

Terrible Products - BUT worse Customer Service
These people are dishonest.

I brought a shirt from this company back in May. When it arrived it was screwed up in the bottom of a small bag, and looked like a customer return.
It was the wrong size and looked nothing like the picture.

I complained and asked where to send this back to, and like all these companies that sell poor products online, they asked for a picture and then they offered me a discount.
I explained that the shirt was only fit for the bin, and that i wanted to return it and get a full refund.
They then offered me the refund and to wait 7-10 days.

A month later…. NO REFUND.

I informed my credit card company, to see if they had more luck.

Frumosa Store Informed me that if i remove the dispute with the credit card company, they would refund me.

I did, but still ….. NO REFUND.

My advice is to buy something else from someone else.
