I wasn't sure about the proper names for my businesses, so I requested some assistance from the Team at Frozen Lemons.
They provided me with several options and the meanings of the names to help me decide on names.

Posting again because Frozen Lemons flagged my review for removal. This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life. Believe the negative reviews here as there is a reason there is a similar pattern. I paid for their Gold service package submitted the details regarding the nature of my business (detailed description, etc.) which apparently they do not read. The names I got were TERRIBLE. I mean absolutely awful, not even close to useable. I have to believe the positive reviews are fake, not because using a branding company is going to be 100% all the time, but because the names were so far from thoughtful I'm almost certain its just a computer/ai generated list with some keywords they input. I complained, they said they would refund my money and have not done so. This was in August of 2021. It now Jan 2022 and no resolution. Stay far away from this terrible company.

I had an excellent experience. It was quick, efficient, and very accurate. I liked how they provided me with names I wouldn’t have even considered, but the explanations made sense. I did do a revision because I think I didn’t know what I didn’t like until I had been through the business naming process. They asked for specific feedback, which I provided, and they then gave me a couple winners!

I had a great experience with Frozen Lemons. I started my business earlier this year, but I had trouble coming up with an appropriate and unique name. The names that I thought of on my own were taken by other companies. I provided Frozen Lemons with some basic information about my business. I got thoughtful and meaningful suggestions for my business's name. In fact, it took me some time to decide because the suggestions were so good.

I had to update this review due to some medical emergencies this company was having. (I had previously wrote a review saying how the names lacked creativity and I never got my revisions. It was explained to me that some of the staff had some medical emergencies and that was why I never got my revisions.

Anyway back to the review. I finally did get the revisons and one of them did actually catch my attention and I believe I'm going to use it as my company name now. The second set of names they sent me were better than the first for sure. They asked me questions prior about my business and key names to focus on and these questions helped them find a name that now I just may use!

My gut tells me that this company is a SCAM and that now they are paying for fake reviews - if you read all the negative reviews you will see a common thread - they stink. I would love to hear/see any company that was able to name their company using this service. Unless the company is known as Yutipl, Frudriles, or Medaqis (which all make NO sense)

The experience working with frozen lemon is wonderful! I have a group of names in the second round and they are creative, fresh and fun. I found it would be very helpful if you provide as much information as you can and let the creative brains brainstorming in the right direction. Highly recommend!
