I contacted Frozen Lemons when I needed a name for my new Start-up business. They came back quickly with their name suggestions. It was very helpful to receive a list of names that were unique and totally different to what I had come up with before. I did not use any of their name ideas in the end but it gave me the reassurance that the name that I had been contemplating about before was going to be my choice. I would recommend using them when you are unsure about a name or stuck in the name finding process, it is well worth it!

I was a bit critical in the beginning and spent a lot of time in searching myself. I got a good list of innovativ names from Frozen Lemons and named my company after one of your proposals. I really recommend the service.

I found them online through Google and what I got was great value for money. Whilst I could spend time thinking about my own list of names, it helps to use someone else to think of the options and then for me to review them.

The 4 names I got where excellent and I had a really hard choice. I felt like Aiza had taken time to understand my business and it was personal.

My advice would be to give as much information as possible about your business to these guys when submitting a request. Give as much detail surrounding why you have set up in the first place, the types of names you like but aren't sure about, things you want to avoid etc and it will give a much better playing field for them to get creative.

Their services are simply poor, and their creativity limited. All the naming ideas I received were words put together, that were gibberish or not appealing at all.

This company delivered some names that were okay. Out of 16 names we got, probably only 3 were acceptable. I am not saying it might not work for somebody else, but it did not work for us. I would brain storm for a good name, before spending money for a name.

Definitely DO NOT Use this company! They are a waste of time and money. They do not produce what you pay for!!!!!!
They do not respond to emails or customer complaints. Buyer beware.

They didn't read the brief. It's not a scam, but I am unsatisfied with the results. I spent quite a lot of time creating a brief. With the first names I got, it was clear that no one had read the brief. All of the names were highly generic. They responded quickly and kindly to my feedback with a proposal for revision. The second list of suggested names was slightly more relevant to my feedback but still very far from my expectations and preferences. I've asked for a refund, as I understood it was an option from their website. Unfortunately, they said that a 100% refund is possible in very rare cases only and offered 25% instead. The team did not specify in which cases 100% is possible. I don't recommend using their services. But the customer support is friendly and responds fast.

I'm very satisfied with their work for my business naming project.
