Very interesting concept however very poorly executed. A few red flags included but not limited to - read the "prospectus" then read the "agreement" there are subtle differences that matter - not being dishonest but also not being up front.

They also DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY to refund to credit cards BUT can accept credit card payments (sketchy). Any refunds occur by etransfer and take a week or two.

Customer service is definitely not only an hourly wage employee but most likely receiving "stock" options etc. They treat business and any negative feedback as personal issues - keep this in mind.

FrontFundr Beware!!!

FrontFundr forgot to place my investment, 4 months later they tell me and tell me I have to pay the new higher share price. -- they admit it was their error.

They were sketchy to deal with through it all!

Great plateform to invest in early stage entreprise. The investment process was straightforward and well explained.

Great platform that is intuitive and easy to use. Good access to detailed prospectus and pitch info. The digital signing process is simple and efficient. Private company investing has never been this easy or accessible.

Easy to understand and complete process.

Easily handled my initial investment in The Very Good Butchers offering and the transition to IPO on the TSX after their exceptional business growth.

FrontFundr gave me (a small investors) with a small business that I otherwise would not have known about or had a chance to invest in at the early phase. And now they've gone public and are doing really well. It's an excellent matching system!
