Friscoguns, had the best prices I could find. They went the extra mile to help me with my online purchase. Shipping was very fast, and arrived at my FFL packaged well. Items were exactly as described. Frisco’s staff was very friendly and responded quickly to my texts. I am definitely planning on future purchases with Frisco guns.

Great prices and very good customer service when I messed up my order. Even with the extra fees the price of my item was still cheaper than everywhere else.

Always had good luck with this company. Most recently, my FFL let me know after I sent him my tracking that he would be away for two weeks. I immediately contacted Frisco Guns and within minutes Jen pulled my shipment before FedEx grabbed it and worked with me to get it to a new FFL. For the amount of turnover they have on products, I was not expecting such quick assistance. Thanks, Jen!

Fantastic prices and customer service. I ordered a Fusion Firearms XP Comp from Frisco Guns. I made a mistake and didn't realize that I accidentally ordered the one with 10-round magazines instead of 17-round magazines. It was on a Sunday and they were closed for the weekend so I emailed them and texted the only phone number I could find for them online, hoping they could change my order before it was processed. Luckily one of their reps texted me back and was able to cancel my order even though they weren't even open that day. I reordered the correct pistol the same day with 17-round magazines and they shipped it a couple days later. Even the shipping was fast. Thank you, Frisco Guns, you have earned a customer for life.

Unbelievable how fast they shipped my order.

The prices are also crazy low compared to any other site I’ve seen.

Will be buying from again.

Had originally contacted Mark very thorough and knowageable on the CZ600Lux which made my decision on purchasing from them,Jenn was a great help on ordering from them, today revived the rifle it was beautiful craftmaship, very pleased!

Easy process, customer service responded back extremely fast.

Frisco guns is on point. I have ordered both accessories and firearms from them and not only are they a great price but shipping times are great. Their responsiveness, customer service and availability on items is first class. I will continue to order from Frisco as the purchasing experience they provide is A+

This is my first experience ordering with Frisco and I am rating them with a 5 star review. Ordering items was a breeze, shipping time was amazing, customer service was prompt and most helpful and last but not least they forefill their orders with authentic merchandise! I do alot of ordering online and I have to say these folks are hard to beat. Give them a try, I think you'll be quite pleased with the results.

I was looking for a firearm in a certain finish that I could not find at any store near me. After searching on the Internet, I came across Frisco guns and was a bit hesitant due to having never heard of them. I came across a post on Reddit with people saying they were legit and had recently purchased from them. I placed my order and received my firearm four days later. The process was smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend them.

Competitive pricing, smooth service. Great item, exactly as described and shipped faster than I expected. Very satisfied.

Great experience from beginning to end. The order was processed quickly, the communication was clear and everything came as expected. Would purchase again.

Fast processing of my order. Easy to use ordering process. The follow up after the sale was also greatly appreciated.

Jennifer was awesome. They helped with California's stupid compliance and assisted in every way. 1000% recommend

Jennifer at Frisco is the best hands down, they worked with me on a situation I had and were more than understanding, 100/10 service and will definitely be ordering from them again they are awesome!

Finding Friscoguns was not easy but I came across them doing research when looking for a specific optic.

The communication, patience, and professionalism of the team at Frisco set a new standard. Even after the purchase, the communication did not stop. It is not automated or robotic, it is human and was the right frequency.

Even after I received the product, again, proactive outreach offering support for any questions or needs.

Frisco will be where I start my shopping journey in future purchases and will be a resource when I need an experienced resource to help me make the right decision.

Great customer service. Fast shipping.

The price of my pistol was below competitors on-line. Communication was excellent and shipping arrived as expected. Easy purchase.

I’d give them 6 stars, if I could.
I rarely give five, but this company went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
They’ve earned a loyal customer in me.
