Large rug at a good price, with prompt delivery. Only complaint - there was a dark patch on the rug as if someone had trodden on it with a dirty shoe. Came off with a quick clean. Would purchase from them again.

The large rug purchased was lovely, the only fault was that it never mentioned it had a silver threat running through it. It looks lovely for xmas but I think I will have to purchase another more less blingy rug for the rest of the year.

That said it was excellent quality, delivery quickly and at a good price.

I was very I pressed with the prompt service. When my rug came it was more than I expected. I would love my whole room carpeted in this. Maybe one day I would highly recommend this company and will be buying again from them in the future.

The Fringes website is easy to negotiate, with excellent photos and descriptions. Ordering, which also includes tailor-made products if required, was simplicity itself. The company confirmed my order immediately, completed it within a couple of days and informed me again when it was dispatched.
My rugs where even better than expected and I can only say that I was delighted with the products and the service, which were both first class.

Love the rug but am forever having to pick up loose strands from the carpet, when will it stop shredding its hairs.

Couldn't fault the initial sales team, service and delivery. But when I asked to return it, the attitude changed. One person I dealt with seemed almost dismissent. I was initially told I would receive my refund within a few days but had to wait a lot longer in the end and chase up several times with no real explanation as to why there was a delay

Unfortunately we can't say the same thing about your couriers TNT.
After sending you us an email to say it was on the way we then tried to track it on their site. All it said was "Please call". But who to call and what number ?
Eventually found their number and was told contrary to what it said on their website the rug hadn't even reached the depot after saying on another time that it was out for delivery! We eventually received it 2 days after.

I would definitely recommend. We had great service, the prices are reasonable, and we are very pleased with our rugs. We had carpet remnants from our stairs bound and made into runners. They look really nice and we get a lot of compliments.

Ordered a rug which was delivered very quick. I previously ordered the same rug from another company and waited well over the delivery date only to be told it was sold out. Also the rug i got was cheaper from here. Very good service.

I got. A huge rug to go in my living room, which has stripped wood floors; something to make the room a bit less bare and a lot more comfortable! The rug was delivered quickly and was exactly what I had been looking for. The equivalent on the high street would have been at least twice the cost, so I'm really pleased.

Received my rug as promised within a few days, really pleased with it as it looks Plush and very luxurious as stated on the website! Excellent value for money compared to other rugs I have seen around. Would recommend to others
