Since it's a free service and they did all on time (I received the packet in just 3 days), and they sent me the results just 4 days after sending back the parcel.

Everytime I use this service, the results are quick and easy to understand.
Getting the kit can be a problem depending on the time you apply, but they always arrive within 2-3 days and the results are normally on line within the same sort of time scale. I submitted the samples 04/05/22 and had the results for 730am 07/05. Nothing is hard to do, and this service needs to be used more by more people so that they know their health.

Received the test quickly instructions were clear and the test was easy to do at home. Got my results after a couple of days!

Was mailed really quickly (I actually thought it had taken ages to deliver but it was my internal collection system at a dorm that took a long time to notify me)! The test was fairly simple to do, although I did need to use up all 3 lancets to get just enough blood, and the results came in 2 days later (checked on the tracking website instead of waiting for a text but both work). Thank you for such a great free service!

Quick , easy and overall great service

I have used this service twice in the past 6 months for my own peace of mind.

Quick delivery and simple to use. Results were back within days of returning the completed kit.

I had issues getting blood the first time and just about milked enough out of my finger over 45 minutes. However on the second time I washed my hands with hot water (barely comfortable enough to bare) and this made the blood much easier to take as the flow increased to my finger. I filled the sample pot in a couple of minutes.

This service has always been faultless and incredibly efficient! I have been using freetest.me for years and they are brilliant. I often find my results come back a lot quicker than stated and it puts my mind at ease. The only thing I would say is that it would be great to open this up to people who are over 25.

I was a bit unsure of taking this test and thought it would take weeks to get results back. It was collected in the post at 17:30 on Thursday and I got results back at 22:00 Friday. Super easy and revived faster results than going to the sexual health clinic.

Super easy to do (get a test kit as soon as they become available though!) and very quick response. I got tested, sent it back and had my results all in the space of a week.

My experiance was great, fast and easy to do. But it's a shame my friend who is over 25 is denied access, she has to first get a nurse appointment which is hard to do with covid restrictions she had to beg the receptionist to be seen then have the embaressment of face to face but gave up after being told it was an 8 week wait just to be seen unless she was gay.
Our experiences are polar opposite. May be the NHS doesn't think over 25 yo you should still have sex!

This service is fantastic, it's easy to order and very convenient without having to make appointment and the tracking is brilliant it's a thumb up from me . The first time I use this service I came back positive for a sti ...I rang the phone number and the receptionist was lovely ,friendly and very helpful had my appointment was made . I felt ashamed but was put at ease as soon as I got there they where all very helpful and not judge mental at all thank you .
