The test kit arrive quick, I did the test same day and posted back, I had trouble with my blood flow so a forth needle would of help, how ever managed to do it, and results back 4 days later and that weekend in to, so happy thank you matt

can't fault the service in terms of speed and security and communication but oh my lord the blood test is terrible, tried with 2 different fingers and it would not go into the container, if anything it would collect at the rim of the container but not drip down (sorry tmi) instead would go back onto my finger, made a mess and was fed up! ended up 20 minutes later giving up and sending the container with a few drops in and a note asking them to destroy it safely as it was obviously insufficient to test, so frustrating! swab was easy though!
