I wasn't sure about buying a used ipad but read the reviews and decided to chance it. I wasn't disappointed! It was exactly as described and works perfectly. It arrived on time and well packaged. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Recently I purchased a Samsung s5 from your company, the process was swift and even if there may have been a little glitch it was,'fr from you but from the end of delivery point Royal Mail, even that, I am so thankful Royal Mail staff are also very reliable people they managed to rectify the problem and to day as am I writing this message I have received my item, it is in perfect good condition.

Phone arrived on time, was rated as "B" condition but it was in as good condition as if I'd owned it for a couple of months, I don't think it was advertised as being a US model - it is, there are a few AT&T apps which i can't remove - but that is the only minor gripe. It performs fantastically compared with what i was used to.

I was a little uncertain regarding the purchase of a "used" iPad. I needed a iPad for my young son and didn't want to pay the full price of what would be an expensive toy/learning device.
Freedom Mobiles was suggested to me from a work colleague - he hadn't bought from them personally, but came from a google search.

My job is to create/maintain e-commerce websites and the site looked clean, well managed, easy to use and what I would think "safe".

I'd done a little research on refurbished/used tablets and got to grips with the "grade system" - the gift was for a small child, so once purchased would be cased and hopefully protected from what a 7 year old would throw at it.
My main concern was battery condition. I decided to phone the company to ask a few general questions (mainly about battery life). The person I spoke to was very professional and answered all my queries. All that was discussed matched what I had read on the site and I felt comfortable to proceed.

I searched through the available models and selected my desired grade - in this case, I wanted Grade A.
Unfortunately, I was purchasing after 4pm, so I understood it wouldn't be delivered the next day.
I completed all the forms and submitted my payment and confirmed the order. I received an order confirmation very promptly and all looked good (the amount of email confirmations I see not correctly displayed or poorly designed would shock you).

I was working from home on the Friday (the second day after ordering). I had a knock at the door and was presented a parcel to sign for. Admittedly, I usually get items delivered to my place of work, so I was surprised to receive a package that day. But then I had forgotten I hadn't selected a "work address" delivery. Actually that was something that may have not be available to me? If so, I suppose that could be seen as a negative point. Though saying that, some of our clients deliver only to billing addresses for security reasons.

The iPad2 - well, it came exactly as described. Actually no marks on the glass front, but a small scuff on the back and an "electronic tag" of some sort that was fully disclosed at the time.
I think the pad was fully charged and came with a charging cable - shame it didn't have an adapter though (something I may have missed in the description), but I can use any number I have at home.
It had been factory reset and was pretty simple to create a new account and setup.

At the end of the day, if you don't want to pay full price for a tablet, I would honestly recommend giving this site a look over. They appear to have a good variety of models available and the machine delivered was exactly as described and how I had expected.

Fast delivery of phone which, unfortunately, had a subtle hardware problem.
Good and amicable customer liaison by email and rapid refund when problem could not be resolved.

Arrived quickly, in really good nick and working fine.

I ordered an iPhone 5S which was supposed to be in good condition (B+).
Case was thoroughly dented which was not obvious from pictures and more importantly the touch screen,although not scratched, had serious sensitivity issues

Great delivery nexus 5 received next day, battery only lasted an hour but phoned them up and they said they'd replace it straight away. Great service will be purchasing again from these people

Ordered a HTC One M8 Grade B.If this was only a Grade B I'd love to see a Grade A , there was not a thing wrong with it. Delievered on time and as I said the phone condition is immaculate. Would use this company again 100%.

After searching on eBay for 2 identical Samsung galaxy s 4 minis, I came across freedom mobile, who had what I wanted.
They were described in detail and graded them a c. Their description was spot on, every thing works as it should.
The dispatch time was good and fast, the phones were securely wrapped and padded, they used Royal Mail track and trace and gave me updated detailed emails.
I can not fault this company.
I will quite happily use them again.

I have used this company a couple of time, and have found the service fantastic, and the products have been second to none. Their Grade B is my Grade A+. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Item arrived very quickly and was available as a click and collect so I was able to pick the parcel up from Argos. The item was in better condition than described, so I am very pleased.
