I purchased this handset from Freedom Mobiles when my daughters first S6 could not be fixed.

The quality of the product (refurbished A grade) was outstanding - looked like new. Handset set up with SIM card with no problems. Very happy with speed of delivery (next day) and customer service team very helpful.

At first i was a bit worried weather to buy from this company as they were suspiciously cheap, but after reading several good reviews, i too kthe plunge and ordered a Samsung Galaxy S6. Initially the delivery address was accidentally put in by myself as my billing address. But after emailing Freedom Mobiles, the emailed back within 5 minutes to advise that they had updated the delivery address for me right there and then! WOW! When the phone arrived, even more WOW! It was in absolutely pristine condition and i saved a considerable amount of money over what the phone would have cost brand new, for the same thing!

I ordered an ipad 2 to replace a broken one from Freedom Mobiles. The price was great and the condition of the ipad when it arrived was as stated on their website - excellent, as new. The iPad 3 was cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for. The screen was coming away and the device would not function properly. I am sending it back. Let's see what they are like when it comes to refunds.

I have purchased my new phone class A which was delivered to my house in 1 working day. I am very happy with the product, it is in perfect conditions, basically brand new. Great value for money. I have had a little issue while ordering my phone online as the bank transaction has been rejected (later I understood that there was a discrepancy with the billing address) and I have emailed the company to make sure my money would come back to me. I have received a reply in one hour on a Saturday! The staff have been very kind and helpful explaining the situation and also giving me some advice on how to deal with the bank regarding this as they had more experience than me. I have finally ordered my phone via paypal and everything went perfectly. I am satisfied with the service and with my phone and I would recommend Freedom Mobiles with no doubt.

Easy to order and very quick reliable service. Ordered a Grade A Samsung Galaxy S6 and received a like new handset. If you're thinking of buying I say go for it, I did and couldn't be happier.

Stewart and Iain at Freedom Mobiles went more than the extra mile with me, when Royal Mail lost the parcel with my reconditioned iPhone in it. They helped me track it and always contacted me promptly and efficiently whilst this process was going on. Excellently efficiency and very kind too.

Received my phone right away, it was in great condition and when I had a question about shipping they responded very quickly.

I bought a used iPad - the condition was described as 'acceptable' - I couldn't really see the pictures too well but was just buying it as a second iPad for children to use so wasn't too worried as long as it worked - I didn't want anything too perfect that I'd worry about. However good news! It arrived much quicker than I expected which was great and in far better condition than I'd hoped for! I will definitely use this company again and may look out for another iPad for my mum and husband. I bought my own one new for double the price - but no one else is allowed to use it (!) so this is a great option.

I brought an iPad 3. communications and delivery was very good. Only the iPad arrived with quite a big chip down the side :(
The description said slight marks to case and screen, which it did have. It made no mention of chips. So feeling very disappointed as the iPad is for my daughter at Uni. :(

Brought a used galaxy S6 off them via eBay no problems at all phone works fine. Does what it says on the tin.

The delivery arrived when it said it would and it was well packaged to prevent it from damage.
