Exceptionally good and reliable…
Exceptionally good and reliable service. Robert went above and beyond what I was reasonably expecting.
He was realistic and honest about how long it was likely to take and what the rent would be.
He actually got me a very good professional tenant within a week, just before Christmas!, which is incredible.
He was open about what fees they charge and the associated service. No pressure sales at all.
Robert also helped me quickly get a reliable trades person to carry out required repairs and liaised with the tradesman on my behalf at no additional cost
I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself when i need to.

Review for Iarina Munteanu
I recently secured a flat through Fraser, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received especially from Iarina. From the very beginning, she was incredibly polite, kind, and professional.
What truly stood out was her dedication throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering my questions, guiding me through the paperwork, or making sure everything was ready on time, Iarina was there every step of the way. Even up to the day I moved into my new home, she remained helpful and responsive, ensuring everything went perfectly. I truly appreciate her hard work and support, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring agent.

Helpful agent
My process of buying the flat has not been easy due to reasons beyond Fraser's control, but my experience with Fraser and Zuzanna (the selling agent) has been very positive. Zuzanna is very helpful and responsive and, most importantly, looks for solutions when problems arise. I can recommend this company and this agent, thank you for helping me complete this transaction.
