We worked with Say in selection of a carpet for the downstairs of our condo in Franklin. We found Say to be most helpful, informative and professional
in determining our selection of a carpet. The carpet installers were likewise
most professional and very pleasant and extremely diligent. They completed the installation between approximately 11:45 and 5:00 and did a
superb job! We love our new carpet. We would most definitely return
to Franklin Tile Carpet One Carpet for future needs. They installed the
carpets on the top floor of our condo approximately 16 years ago and it has held up beautifully which is why we returned to the store.

I am a tough customer. I know what I want and I want it done right. Franklin Tile and Carpet One were a pleasure. Their selection was the best around. They had more of the high end carpet that I was looking for which was great but also made it harder to choose. They were precise with their measurements and the installation went flawlessly. It was a difficult carpet to install as it had a vertical pattern but the installers sent by Carpet one were experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is picky.

I have nothing but praise for Anthony and the Franklin Team. They have now completed several commercial carpeting and ceramic tile projects for my company. They have come in consistently under budget and ahead of schedule. They do quality work at competitive prices. I highly recommend Franklin tile.

Franklin Tile & Carpet is a fabulous company to work with in every way. They are perfectionists in the quality of their work, reasonably priced and family owned. We had a small glitch in our installation and the owner himself was here within 15 minutes to resolve- based on a question- no need for complaining, confrontation or stress. We'll never work with anyone else!

Say was great and came out the same day to measure. He helped my wife and I pick the best carpet and we set a date to install. I got a call at 8:30 on the morning of install to hear the installer called out sick and they could not come that day. Say was great to explain the issue and I could tell it out him in a bad spot. I had trouble believing the management had no backup plan for this sort of instance. My house prepped and ready to go, making using some areas of the house difficult. This was highly inconvenient. After speaking with Say, he was able to get a new team out the next day and made concessions to compensate me. I may still use them in the future but hope the management would find ways to avoid delays due to one person calling out. The inconvenience to the customer and understanding the installer could call out at any time, they should be able to still run their business.

My wife and I had carpeting in 3 rooms, a foyer and stairs replaced - all but one room was the same color carpeting. Working with Say at Franklin Tile was great - he was helpful, respectful and patient. The crew that showed up to do the install was fantastic - told us everything they would be doing and gave us options on how to do the stairs - for esthetic purposes - and how doing certain things could affect the wear of the carpet.
When we noticed that the color of the final room did not look the way we thought it would in the larger room - a call was made to the store and one of the senior managers came out to talk with us and explain our options - needless to say - we now have a new carpet in a different color (we choose a new one) because the executed their "beautiful carpet" warranty on our behalf. 2 weeks later our home was done and when it comes time to renew our wood or tile flooring in the rest of the house we know exactly where we will be heading.

All the people at Franklin Tile Carpet One are extremely friendly, patient, and most of all, knowledgeable about floors. They worked with me on my new kitchen floor, and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the process. The installers did a beautiful job, and were worth every penny. I am very picky, so they met my every expectation! I would definitely choose Franklin Tile and Carpet again for any flooring needs, and recommend them to anyone!!

My decorator steered me to Franklin Tile and Carpet One. Bernie was very helpful in keeping the cost reasonable, but choosing good looking carpets. The installers were extremely professional and very neat. They did a great job and we are thrilled with our new carpet. We can't wait to do our bathrooms over and will certainly be using Franklin Tile and Carpet One as they have in extensive selection of both trendy and timeless tile.

I had a great experience working with Kathryn. She offered good suggestions and I am pleased with the results. There were so many options and she helped me to narrow them down. Everyone I encountered in the store was very friendly and I would highly recommend Franklin Tile One Floor & Home .

recently had FTCO replace our old linoleum bathroom floors with tile. I have to say I was blown away with them from start to finish. Showroom is great, so many colors and styles to select from, Jeff helped us make a great selection and the installations was perfect. Vern came by to inspect the job and Anthony helped out with the design. A well run family operation, they are great!

First I'll start with their installers are sub-contractors, so they are not directly to blame, however, here's the story.

We bought an entire house of flooring from them and the install. the carpet install went well enough but they only worked half days so the install took two days instead of one. The entire first floor was to be Vinyl Plank and was too take three days to complete. The day before they were supposed to start and we had cleared most of our stuff out, they called and said they couldn't keep their schedule and needed to bump us a week. So we had to wait a week. The day the installer was supposed to come to start they missed the two hour window by an hour and a half. When they finally arrived they said they would try and get the job done in 4 days not three. It ended up taking 5 days. Throughout the process I have been trying to get a hold of the sales person we worked with about minor issues and the lateness but they have never returned my phone calls. I have a few minor issues with the carpet install (loose in places) the Vinyl Plank looks great but should never have taken as long as it did. We need trim to match but I am considering going elsewhere to buy it because of how poorly they managed their subcontractors

We couldn't be happier. Everyone at Franklin Tile were so nice to work with. Vern and Anthony and the entire staff were so helpful and the work quality just amazing. I have and will recommend Franklin Tile to anyone.

Started off good when my wife dealt with the two younger ladies to get some carpet ideas but one day my wife had a conversation with the owner who gave my wife a big attitude. That was a turn off and we were convinced that we were going to go somewhere else. Well they had the color and style we wanted and we decided to give them a chance after the young ladies assured us we would be taken care of. We wanted the thick, dense, plush Lee carpet and that is what we received our initial preliminary quote for. When they came and measured after dealing with the father the price seemed a bit cheaper than we were first quoted but it seemed that this was due to our initial bad experience. We placed the order but questioned if we were getting the thick dense carpet. We were assured that it was what we were getting. We had the appointment for install and a day or so before the install date checked to see what time they were coming. They told us we were not on the schedule but after they made a call due to a cancellation they were able to come as planned. Thank goodness. The install went well but we questioned if we got the correct thick dense carpet. Bottom line is we received one grade lower than we expected, hence the cheaper price. They offered to replace it but at that point we settled as the carpet was installed and we moved all the furniture back in the room. Then we tried to vacuum the carpet and the new soft carpets don't do well with any traditional vacuum even after we were told that the only bad vacuum was Dyson. We called the store for some recommendations and they said they would get back to us but they never did. Well the vacuums for soft carpets cost $350 so now we had to spend the extra money for a special vacuum just for that room. Overall just an ok experience with several bumps in the road. We do like the carpet and color but think we were mislead on many accounts. Doubt we would go back.

Carpet was purchased and installed on stairway. Nice job and good product. Floor was measured for estimate to replace in basement prior to purchase. I contacted Carpet One and inquired about the delay and was told I would be contacted which did not happen. My guess is we were not important enough.

I have used this company three times. Twice for materials and installation and once for just materials. The employees are extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their installation. Always my first choice for flooring. Great family run business
