We were exstreamly pleased with our cabinet, quality and service second to none. We would definately recommend them.

The quality of th chairs I purchased were really good and I'm delighted with them, I get lots of compliments about them. The speedy service was excellent and the company is very easy to contact via phone and website. Very happy and satisfied with service and products, will definitely buy from them again.

The quality of the products l have received from Frances Hunt Furniture has been of a very good standard which is why l have ordered items such as tables, and sideboards in the past for both my sons.

They are efficient in their communication about delivery and time and l would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future.
My sons were both happy with their furniture for their new homes.

Mattress delivered was not orthopeadic as described, it was very soft & unevenly stitched causing you to roll into the middle of the bed. Customer services have been long, unhelpful & threaten to send a mattress I don't want back to me. Will never use this company again.

I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect High gloss bedroom set.
Frances Hunt were able to send me a sample of the collection I was interested in, which was very helpful.
I am very pleased with the quality of the furniture. All pieces were packaged well with cardboard, wrap and film to protect the gloss front.

The delivery team was very professional and helpful. The driver kept me informed of the time my items would arrive and all items had been delivered within the time frame given.
Very happy with their service - would definitely recommend.

Ordered a table... quoted 2-4 weeks for delivery. Still waiting 6 weeks later.
All very nice on the phone but the least they could do is keep their customers updated!

Very good quality. Pleased with item bought. The delivery driver was also good at keeping us informed as to the time of arrival. Would recommend.

The 2x chest of drawers were packaged nicely with cellophane and cardboard and film covering the gloss finish - this protected the items well. The units are really nice and exactly as photos. We're really pleased. Delivery was easy and delivery people were careful and helpful. Recommended - we would buy again from Frances Hunt.

so i post my review not of their products but of their "watching" techniques and i get this from Frances Hunt and Trustpilot and begin with my reply:

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

I refer to the thread below;

I think you are ill informed and very mistaken I DID NOT ATTEMPT TO PLACE AN ORDER

What I did do was go through the process to obtain an end price as I did with 6/7 other suppliers of coloured dining chairs;
I never actually pressed a key that would indicate I was placing an order – if you wish to supply details contradicting this then I’d be pleased to see that proof.

As I explained to your chap that called I NEVER ACTUALLY PLACED AN ORDER OR EVEN ATTEMPTED TO

The report I posted on trust plot was in fact accurate and expressed my view which is what TrustPilot is about; however I do understand that they also know they must keep businesses like yourself on board as that is how they are funded.

When you say that Frances Hunt need to find me on their database it baffles me – how come they called me and admit to doing so if they cannot find me? –

Getting more cynical by the day, but to obtain some clarity I have sent a bc copy to the ICO see if they have a view

Dear Mr Berry,

We are writing to you to request that you remove your negative review. Whilst we appreciate no one likes receiving calls of an unsolicited nature there was a perfectly legitimate reason for our customer service manager contacting you.

On the day you attempted to place an order on the website, our third party payment gateway was down and unfortunately we were unable to process orders. We were contacting all customers to advise them that payment had not been taken (indeed some people thought that their payment had gone through) and to give them the opportunity to re-place their order.

We ultimately did not mean to cause any offence and we certainly were not watching you. However we were only trying to recoup some of our sales we had lost due to the third party software failing.

Found the website by chance. Very impressed.
Staff called us to advise when delivery was ready to send. Very helpful and polite.

I spent quite sometime looking for low bedside units in grey to match other bedroom furniture, the high gloss quality is excellent, soft closing drawers. The online ordering service, e.mail update & delivery team was great and I will use this company again.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was ahead of time. My bed frame was made in Lancashire, which suits me. Quality is good all round. Easy to assemble.

Love my new bedroom furniture. Good quality, excellent delivery and install team. Will buy again!!!!!

Placed my order for bedroom furniture on 12th September. It's now 6th November and I've just been told it's still not due until next week. I've been told they only deliver to Scotland every few weeks (I live just outside Edinburgh, not the Outer Hebrides). They did actually want to deliver it a couple of weeks ago over a lunchtime when I had a job interview and when I asked if they could wait until 2pm, they wouldn't do it. Disgraceful service.
