If we could review with no stars I would. We have been waiting for our new equipment since December. It's May. We wanted to cancel our services because of not using their service. Reason being, we never received the new equipment. When we were told we needed new equipment they had us sign an agreement for the Equipment. You know the equipment we never received.
We finally had enough and called to cancel our service. Evidently we would have to pay $300 to cancel our service because we signed that agreement for the equipment, that we cant use, because it never was sent to us.....
Do not go with these guys. If you only send out a small amount of mail a week its cheaper just to get stamps.

We have had a franking machine from FP for a few years and their service is always great. Everyone in the support team is responsive, helpful and friendly. Today we had an error message on our machine, and within an hour of emailing the image to them, the team was on the phone working out the problem and arranging a replacement machine. Would recommend to anyone looking for a franking machine supplier.
