A complete scam, hardly any biscuits and made to look like theres more by using deceptive packaging. Wont buy foxs biscuits again.

Disgusting. Fox’s were always a better quality biscuit, but now they taste absolutely horrible and leave a greasy film in your mouth. I won’t be buying them again.

Fox's viennese fabulous what a rip off…
Fox's viennese fabulous what a rip off paid £5 for 350g absolutely rubbish some we're even hard and couldn't eat.
Absolutely saddening.!
Absolutely shocking .!! Yet another ripoff.!! My family has always had Fox’s biscuits especially at Xmas.. but it’s just shocking to see how little biscuits you get.. and some only 1 per layer.!! Ripped off yet again.!!
Ripped off, half the box was missing yet sealed
Brought my father a box of the new winter desserts selection to find the package sealed yet half of the trays were empty and missing half the biscuits my father was very disappointed I still have them sat sealed on my counter top! Rip off!!!
For Christmas I was bought the fox's…
For Christmas I was bought the fox's classic biscuit selection, AND to be honest I thought I was eating some 'cheap box of biscuits as they have none of the flavours that fox biscuits used to have, I remember getting a selection box from foxes about 12 years ago and they were beautiful, this doesn't even resemble foxes biscuits, absolute joke never again will I buy their biscuits 'they should be ashamed and boycotted for that it's a travesty how they've murdered that brand.
The packaging was excellent
The packaging was excellent, try putting some biscuits in next time. The minimal approach to content has forced me into taking an early consideration of my diet ahead of the annual new year failure.
What a rip off
What a rip off!
Cut back way to much.
Will not be buying again.
Unusable vouchers
Unusable vouchers
Sent me some vouchers as an apology for poor product quality but no store will take them. Caused much embarrassment at the checkout!
Fox’s Classic box of biscuits
Fox’s Classic box of biscuits, what a disappointment. £6.50 for 34 biscuits. Mostly plastic packaging, come on Fox’s let’s be a bit more consumer and environmentally friendly.
Scammers !
Scammers !! Didn't go out to buy plastic wanted a few biscuits
All plastic packaging and no flavour
Fox's Classic biscuit selection.
Where are the biscuits - it's all plastic packaging and where has the flavour gone - bland sugary nothingness?
There is more packaging in each box - single biscuits suspended in clear plastic. Not only is all this packaging bad for the environment but it is also misleading. Also, the biscuits have lost all flavour and just taste of sugar.
Not what they used to be.
Excessive packaging and very little product.
I have to agree with other reviewers about feeling ripped off. In each layer there are no fewer than 5 single biscuits and a maximum of 2 biscuits elsewhere. Yes, it does feel like a con, so much packaging and very little product. We won’t buy these again and will actively encourage others to think twice before purchasing.
A company that no longer cares
A company that no longer cares. After 50 years of eating Foxes Burtons biscuits (of varying makes and products) I am no longer buying having purchased 4 packs of flavourless, bland Jammie Dodgers that made both my daughter and I unwell. Contacted Foxes who did the bare minimum to apologise, didn’t give a monkeys and gave no explanation as to why the purchased product tasted so off and made us unwell. Finally sent us an poxy voucher worth less than the biscuits cost us! Despite emails back-and-forth I have now given up and have subsequently now given up my custom for any of their products also. All pride in their product has gone and quite honestly you are paying over the odds for what is now essentially rubbish. Buy supermarket own products, they are usually much cheaper and taste better in most cases.
No matter what Fox’s biscuit produce…
No matter what Fox’s biscuit they produce, once opened within a day they’re soft - even if tightly sealed! :(
Tasteless and disappointing
I thought I would treat myself today when I saw Fox's Viennese biscuits in my local shop. I used to adore these, with their crunchy biscuit sndwiched with creamy choc centre. They were delicious.
Well, what a wholly disappointing experience it was. They are now paler in colour, powdery and completely tasteless! And no, it is not my imagination or poor memory - they are now quite horrible and I will not be buying them again. I was curious as to what had happened to this old favourite so did some research. Guess what I found - the company has been taken over, which was what I suspected.
So, another lovely product confined to history and just a faint memory on my tastebuds.
To say I'm disappointed would be to understate this sad and sorry experience. Shame on you. 😢
All of fox's biscuits, taste stale!
I have brought a few different fox's products lately, every one of them taste stale! It's so disappointing as they were always the best! Biting in to a biscuit that has the word crunch in the name, only to find out that it has no crunch at all is the worst!! I have to say, that I've given them enough chances, and I will not be giving them another!! Zero stars
Our family have always loved Golden…
Our family have always loved Golden Crunch Creams. To our dismay they have shrunk in size. Disintegrate getting them out of the packet, crumbs everywhere when you bite into what's left. Totally disappointed with this product. Fox's need to get their act together and stop ripping consumers off.
Foxes fabulous millionaire cookies...no…
Foxes fabulous millionaire cookies...no there not, they never had one chocolate chip in there and tasted of coconut. really disappointed as bought for guests.
Please stop shrinkflation and hoping…
Please stop shrinkflation and hoping the consumer won't notice, we do and we vote with our feet. Latest example 'foxs fabulous milk chocolate cookies' noticeably smaller in diameter and fewer per pack despite the pack being the same size.
Shrinkflation at its worst
Shrinkflation at its worst. Massive packaging that weighs nothing, barely any biscuits inside and notably worse quality than a generic supermarket brand. I won't be buying fox's again and I suspect they are the latest victim of venture capitalists buying a reputable brand and driving them in to the ground while giving themselves fat bonuses.
Fox’s Indulgent Centre Cookies
I bought some Fox’s Indulgent Centre cookies, they looked nothing like the picture on the pack, they were thin with no chocolate chips and very little filling, I will not be wasting my money on them again.
