We moved into our home in February 2025 and have had a very smooth process since moving in. Everyone on site has been very helpful and have sorted out any snagging items we have picked up.

We moved into our home around 2.5 years ago. Overall we've been happy with the standard and Foreman homes have been responsive to any issues raised in that time that would fall within their remit.

Recently we thought we had a leak so the plumbing company who installed the boiler and service it for us came over to take a look. The plumber cut a hole in the ceiling, said there weren't any pipes and advised that he would raise a ticket with foreman homes for them to investigate. He also assured me that it would be put back to normal for us.

Several weeks go by with no communication. I then called foreman homes twice and the plumping company once. I was told it would be looked into and someone would get back to me and nobody did.

Bare with me, because this does get better....

Last Friday I spoke with Sophie at Foreman Homes and she was fantastic. She agreed that it wasn't an issue I should be having to sort or chase, she had a member of the team in the area that day and said she would send him over. Luckily his initial job cancelled so he came straight over and Sophie called to advise me of this. He diagnosed the issue which needs a small tile correction from the roofing company but not a big deal. He then fixed the hole in the ceiling that day and you can't tell it was ever there.

Although it took a few attempts to sort it out, once I spoke to Sophie, it was fixed incredibly efficiently by Martin who was very knowledgeable and skilled. He also checked the loft etc to ensure there wasn't a condensation issue or any other concerns.

On the whole I find the company easy to contact and to deal with. They are always polite and helpful. They've resolved issues that we've had which have been minimal.

I would give a zero if I could. Residents found out when there was an issue with a pump, that the 2 sewage pumps in the pumping station have not been fitted according to industry standards. Therefore cannot be maintained correctly by residents without extensive work due to risk of collapse. Foreman homes offered to cover some of the cost, but not all, despite it never having being installed correctly. Somebody at Foreman obviously signed off on the install. AVOID!!!!! Months and months this has been going on and they are still refusing to correct the issue and provide a standard of work customers have paid for.

Jane supported me really well through the purchase process and Billy has been brilliant post completion.

The property was completed to a very high standard - I have had a handful of snags, all of which have been remedied really promptly.

The builders on site are all really considerate too - even placing some of my parcels out of sight when they have been left on the doorstep.

A really great experience and I love my new home!

Purchased the final property in the Florins through an estate agent. Purchase went very smoothly from the Foreman Homes side.

The handover of the property was handled by Billy, the site manager, who provided an exceptionally friendly and professional service at every encounter.

The house was well prepared for handover and the few very minor snags identified in the first few weeks were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Overall, an excellent experience.

We have recently moved into our home in Sterling Park and the whole transaction has been very smooth. Steph was great as the initial point of contact and sales progression support up until she left.

Once completed, Billy was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, any issues were dealt with very quickly. We were really impressed with his dedication to customer care and passion to get things right first time.

Foreman Homes are developing a site behind my back garden. They have ignored commitments made by themselves with regards to soil dust control in their Environmental Plan. This has caused breathing problems , needing medication, for myself and several other residents.

Absolutely ridiculous company, building directly behind our road, they have made it dangerous for my children to walk to school, falling to abide to the agreements set out prior to starting work. For example: they agreed that no vehicle would enter site at school times,
Which they have failed to stick to, heavy goods vehicles and lots of work vans are continuously leaving site at exactly school pick up. My children don't feel safe anymore going to school. It's beyond dangerous. Someone is eventually going to get hurt by these lorries. Then there's the dust which is absolutely horrendous causing numerous health concerns in the neighbourhood along with eye infections and lung infectious. These contractors do not care as long as they are making money and cutting corners to line their own pockets. It's a disgrace
I'd hate to see how shabby there workmanship is on the actual build if they are cutting so many corner at this early stage. God help anyone buying one of these homes as I'm sure it will be as poor quality as the ground works have been.

We completed at the end of March and our experience has been 5 stars. What can be considered a very stressful time was made a pleasurable experience by Claire and Tom. From the start Claire helped guide us, support us and was always available to answer questions and accommodate our countless visits with extended family (who wanted to see the house). Then Tom took over with supporting us from the day we moved in and he was so helpful, We didnt have many 'snags' but the ones we did he sorted quickly and to a very high standard.
throughout the process the communication from both Claire and Tom has been world class - if you are buying a new home and are lucky enough to have either (or the full house of both) support you, you will be in very safe hands

DO NOT SELL YOUR LAND TO THIS DEVELOPER! I will not go into the gory details of the way they trapped, bullied and intimidated my family totalling 6 years! Take a look at their 1 star reviews opposed to their 4.3 star rating to get a clear view of who they are. Seriously if you don't want to go through years of hell whilst your family's life is put on hold, stay away from Foreman homes. The only good outcome was, that we eventually escaped from their clasp, and they lost money lol. I'm looking forward to their contradicting and narcissistic reply to this review.

Foremans customer care team are always polite, efficient and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I've had a few issues with my new home, and their customer service team get things sorted quickly and communicate progress and updates to me. Sam and Sophie are a pleasure to deal with.

Had tradesmen in to replaster and paint where work had been done. Great job. Wouldn’t know where the work had been carried out!. Friendly, informative and very tidy. Really pleased with the quality of the fix. Thank you

From the moment we saw the Kingfisher show home at Maddoxford Park we knew it was the one for us!

Claire Bryant was not only informative, friendly and professional but not at all pushy which made the experience so much better. Not living in the area meant we had a lot to consider and were not able to get down as often as we would have liked. However, Claire was so good at keeping us informed of how the build was progressing, sending videos and pictures galore....Her enthusiasm and desire to ensure that all her customers are happy shines through. Throughout the whole process, which did unfortunately go on for longer than originally planned, she provided honest and excellent updates, her skills are second to none.... she even designed the tiling in our bathrooms!

I completely agree that she shares in the excitement through to completion - we both shed a tear when she handed over the keys! The champagne was also a lovely touch.

Snagging was extremely efficient, Conrad and his team during the first month were fabulous and we had a smooth transition over to Customer Care. No wonder Conrad has won an award, the site is so well managed and spotless. A big shout out to George, Roy and magic Mike! Nothing is too much trouble for them. All tradesmen have been clean, tidy and very respectful of our home.

The quality of both the build and the finish would prompt me to wholeheartedly to recommend Foreman Homes - after seeing our beautiful home most of our visitors go and see Claire before they go!

I see after Foreman Homes canceled my purchase when contracts were ready to be exchanged because I complained my house was getting electrics from a generator!!!

From start to finish Steph has been amazing and the service has helped to make our purchase less stressful. We have taken possession today and a superb handover with all aspects covered and we now look to enjoy the brand new house at Sterling Park. Thank you for the professional and courteous service and helpful advice. The communication has been exemplary throughout and everything is 100% satisfaction.

From the moment I stepped into the Sales Office and met the very lovely Claire everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, I got to choose all the finishing for my new home. She really went above and beyond, she is so knowledgeable, very patient and friendly and it’s been a pleasure getting to know her.
On handover and completion the house looked beautiful, gleaming and polished!
There was a very comprehensive folder detailing everything concerning the house, some tins of paint and a very welcome bottle of bubbles.
For the first month a couple of times a week Conrad the site foreman and Dom his deputy knocked to check that everything was ok and if we needed anything.
We haven’t needed to call on the Aftercare team as everything has been perfect but know they are there if we should need them.
Absolutely love my new home and am extremely happy here.

From the moment I viewed the show home at Maddoxford Park, I knew this house was everything I wanted. It has well proportioned rooms, a good sized garden and is lovely and bright inside.

The sales negotiator, Claire Bryant is absolutely fantastic. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the process, she provided excellent service - answering queries and chasing all parties to ensure a smooth process. She kept my spirits up when estate agents and solicitors were being less than helpful! It was great that she shared in my excitement through to completion.

Since moving into the property, as you would expect, there have been a few issues and remedial work required, but I have received excellent service from both Claire, and from Sophie from the customer care office. Sophie has ensured all issues have been rectified - to a high standard, quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All tradesmen have been top quality, courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend a Foreman Homes property.

We recnently purchased a home at Stirling Park in Warsash, Stephanie has been excellent throughout the process keeping us informed and working with us to meet tight timescales on our part. Billy has been outstanding, working with us as we had some contractors doing some additional work for us and again we had some very tight timescales which he worked with us to make happen. The follow up customer service could not be faulted and any small snagging issues were dealt with promptly. We have now been in our new home close to two months and are absolutely loving being here. Builders build houses but people make homes and Stephanie and Billy have helped us create 'our home'

We completed our Purchase at the end of September and as expected have had some snagging issues but these are being rectified. The Site Team especially Ben have been great at staying in touch whilst these issues have been addressed. So far no major snagging issues.
The Sales Team at Selborne Park in particular Dawn have been incredible from the beginning of the process. We can't thank Dawn enough for all her support and hard work making this possible for us.
We are loving our home and already feel settled.
