I worked very closely with Chantelle through out the whole process. She was incredible. She worked tirelessly to help me, was always responsive and knowledgeable when I had questions (and I had a lot) and overall took complete charge of my process excellently. I was in a massive rush to get the process completed, and she ensured all parties on both sides were aware of the urgency and chased relentlessly. Without her help, and the wider help of the Forces Homes team, I genuinely believe I would have struggled to get through the process.
Before my purchase, once I’d mentioned I was viewing the property, within 48 hours they had completed a report on the area and the property, including schools, crime rates, amenities and details about the property unknown to me at the time. It was really crucial in my decision to go ahead with the purchase.

My wife and I have recently completed on the purchase of our new home and the team were fantastic from the start. The advice and guidance provided by the team was invaluable during the process and saved us from buying an overpriced house that was potentially fraught with pit falls.

This has been a long overdue review. I have nothing but praise for the Forces Homes team. They came highly recommended through a friend who had used their services previously.

I was constantly away through the process, and they were heavily involved in doing a lot of the work on my behalf. There were times when I felt like things were being explained to me twice out of no three times, but they stayed patient. There were times when I would forget to do bits, and they’d give me a little reminder when needed. There were also times when I felt like things were stagnant because of my divided attention, but a quick call or a message to them would always remind me that the process was going forward.

If I were to describe the team with some key words, they would be patient, flexible, resourceful, and dependable.

as a first time buyer with no clue and was on a long busy course with a pregnant wife, this company made everything super easy, yes you could probs do cheaper if you did it all on your own, but this was so easy and smooth and professional, whenever you phone anyone part of this team they are all super helpful. If ever I buy a 2nd home, I’m using this company again.

No issue with the fee and the company even suggested we conduct our own searches to save ~£500 which they did not need to do.

After years of renting and living at home with the help of Forces Homes I am now picking up the keys to my own home in time for Christmas.

All Serving British Arm Forces and Veterans please look the other way from this company, as I am seating here £2700 later and no property, All the property searches they sent me were directly or over budget, the searches they do are on the same sites as anyone else. In the beginning you get constant bombardment with call to pay the £500 for consultation then as soon as you get to stage 2 you are in for 60% of fee whether you get a house or not. I paid the money and look into other providers and I will be receiving my keys to my new property soon. Chantelle was genuine that’s it, the others especially the guy that contacts at the beginning to get the down payment please stay clear from them. I would have gave no star but had to choose, so take one for effort in reaping off squaddies.

This was our first house purchase and was unsure how to go about it with being in the forces with the lack of spare time limited only to most weekends. Until I found forces homes, from the get go they was helpful, fast and guided us every step of the way making sure we was up to date at all time. They make the process so much smoother and less demanding with such little personal time available. Chantelle was great through the process as well as all the other members and mortgage advisors. I would advise all members of the Forces and veterans to stay clear. I should have done things myself as I was the one who was constantly prompting questions to be asked and chasing for updates. The solicitors they employ are excruciatingly inept and add no value. The only good thing about them is the mortgage broker that they employ. As for any after care, as soon as completion is done, you don’t hear from them again. I even had to pay for the postage on the congratulations card that they sent. Stay away!!

Excellent service and absolutely the best way for serving personnel to buy a house. They helped us get from offer accepted to getting keys in less than three months. The staff are helpful and informative and would highly recommend to anyone.
