I have made many purchases from focus and there service has always been second to non, not only do they respond to any enquire professionally but also promptly. Excellent Customer Service
Recently purchased a pair of SB Dunks from this store. I had shopped there a long time ago and would still consider myself a new customer. The customer service I received was excellent and felt very welcome from the start. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, I am pleased to say that Focus stands out by going above and beyond. I will be making more purchases with Focus in the future. A+

I have always been a happy customer when I lived in Edinburgh and even now when I live overseas the service is still on point. The guys at the shop always make sure I get what I ordered as quick as possible. Always friendly, always helpful and by far the best quality shop you will ever buy your shoes, clothing or decks.
