I wholeheartedly endorse Focus Fitness as an exceptional training provider. From the outset, I was captivated by the prospect of delving into massage techniques, but eventually found my niche in Sports Massage through their comprehensive program.

My tutor, Stuart, deserves commendation for his adeptness at blending theory with practical applications, rendering the learning process enjoyable. Given the intensive nature of the 6-week course, wherein ample time is dedicated to studying, Stuart's approach facilitated a seamless absorption of knowledge. Moreover, the unwavering support extended by the entire staff created a nurturing environment, brimming with warmth and camaraderie.

I highly recommend Focus Fitness as your training provider. I was initially interested in massage hents doing the course but decided to specialise in Sports Massage.

My tutor, Aleem was great at integrating theory with practical which made the learning fun, this was important to me since it is a 6-week course that consumes a lot of time for studying so the knowledge needs to sink in.

The support was great from all the staff and everyone was super friendly and welcoming.

Great experience in massage course education! I did here my Level 3 in sport massage and really satisfied! However I am already educated preson with my practice, just was needed to get valid papers to work legally in UK, but I was surprised my the level and so friendly approach at that course! My teachers was Lynton Dawson, Matt Brown, Rachel Barlow, and all that team was amazing! I recommend this gyus to learn 👌

I really enjoyed doing the level 3 sports massage course, I found the teachers really supportive, especially Lynton my tutor. I will definitely come back to focus fitness for another course.

Thanks to my grate tutor, Lyton providing in grate detaiI and easy to undrstand lessons i have managed to complete what I thorght was impossible. So a big thank you to the focus fitness team and i will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The teachers are down to earth, very positive and energetic. Great support and facilities.
The only issue is i have been mis-sold the information at the beginning of the course. We were not told that we had to nearly do 35 hours or so home learning for all 5 units and the online classes are too short.
i believe this course is a little to intense for working people and i believe 8-10 weeks is a much better scale for a LEVEL 3 massage course.

Look no further if your looking into developing your fitness journey. I am now a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer and although it's a two month course, I do feel qualified and confident. I already started to apply for jobs even before the course ended!
From day 1, we were given amazing books with so much important information. All tutors at Focus Fitness are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and I must mention that they are lovely people too!!
It has been an awesome fitness journey so far and I'll definitely be returning to Focus Fitness to finish off another course soon, thinking "exercise referral" 🙂 Big thanks to Ian, Nikos and Steve 💪🏻

I studied Level 2 Gym instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Courses with focus fitness. Excellent courses with very knowledgeable course Instructors. Very Professional Team with extensive information on careers and training within the fitness industry. I highly Recommend learning from Focus Fitness and very grateful for the time learning the courses 5*+.

I just completed my level 3 course at focus fitness and found the whole process amazing I felt very appreciated and helped by all staff. Michael who registered me on to my course has always been helpful and always checking if I’m ok and how my course was doing. My tutors Nikos and Ian were outstanding with the tutoring no pressure added to complete work and help was always provided either being face to face or virtual. Examiners always so helpful and reassuring Steve was very reassuring when invigilating an exam. Thank you so much.

Doing the level 2 and 3 personal trainer course with Focus fitness was one of the best decisions I ever made , i had the best tutor in cas , and the rest of the trainer were great too . Cas supported me from start to end , can tell he really cares for his class . Would highly recommend

Focus Fitness helped me secure my Sports Massage Level 3 in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied because they helped me to learn new skills which I shall definitely be incorporating in the near future to get to the next level.
