If you're looking to fly your furry friends, I highly recommend Flypets. We recently moved our Labrador Retriever from Australia to the UK and then back from the UK to Australia. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Catherine's superb end-to-end service. She kept us updated throughout the journey and even sent photo updates whenever possible, which truly put our minds at ease. Our Labrador arrived very happy and herself for both trips. Flypets made a potentially stressful experience incredibly smooth and worry-free.

We cannot thank Nina and the Fly Pets team enough for their help in relocating our Cockerpoo Barney from the UK to Barbados. Nina’s communication was first class, from recommending a customs officer to keeping us up to date with the process.
Transporting our precious boy was understandably stressful but, Nina put our minds at rest and even negotiated directly with the team in Barbados and our vet in the UK.
Barney arrived happy and the vet was so kind as was the customs officer.

We relocated from the UK to Florida and we transported our dog Rambo a few weeks later, he was collected from my parents house in the UK and we collected him from New Orleans airport.
Nina, Go Fetch and the transport team at New Orleans airport were absolutely fantastic.
Nina's communication was second to none, she always got back to me so quickly, answering all of my questions and putting my mind at ease with the entre process. Rambo was super chilled in his crate when we collected him - this has to be down to the wonderful care he received during his relocation. His crate was really impressive, plenty of room for him, he had access to water throughout the journey, and the bottom of the crate had a comfortable foam base, he even went back in it when we got to our new house!
It is a really anxious time for anyone transporting pets in cargo, I would recommend Fly Pets to anyone needing pet relocation, they clearly care about the animals they are moving and it really shows.

We couldn't have transported our two kitties from the US to Lincolnshire without Flypets and GoFetch. Rebecca and the Flypets team were immeasurably helpful as guides to the process and in constant contact to ensure that it'd go as smoothly as possible. When the cats arrived at our townhouse (within an hour of my own arrival), they were completely nonplussed -- as if they hadn't just taken their first plane trip ever, as cargo and across the Atlantic, with a turbulent landing at LHR. My hats are off to Flypets and Go Fetch for their overall handling of our pets!

Our cat and I relocated to Abu Dhabi. I was very worried about sending the cat on a separate flight from me and did thorough research and read many reviews before choosing FlyPets. I particularly liked their response to a negative review left by accident, as it showed their genuine care for the missing cat.

Nina answered all my emailed questions in great detail and provided reassurances that our cat would be cared for along the way. Emma in the UAE shared useful information about what would happen when our cat arrived and gave updates on his whereabouts upon his arrival.

We took different flights, with our cat landing an hour earlier in Dubai and me arriving in Abu Dhabi. It took him only two hours to join me after I got to the hotel. Although he arrived slightly scared, he started feeling safe quite soon. I would be happy to use friendly and professional services of FlyPets and their UAE partners again when we need to move back home.

Nina at Flypets was amazing - made the whole process really smooth. Mannie, our British Shorthair Tabby cat is normally very anxious, but seemed to settle in very quickly post flight. A testament to his travel experience! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Flypets too highly. Our cat and dog were brought by road from Surrey to Southern Spain.

The pick up was on time and efficient. They were housed by Flypets overnight to enable their EU Health Certificate to be issued. They then started from the UK on 23 Oct arriving in Spain on 25 Oct. They arrived in Spain totally happy and relaxed. We got telephone calls, photos and WhatsAps regularly en route and we know that they had frequent stops for pee breaks and walks with the driver, Mark, with whom they really bonded.

The experience and professionalism from the start has been outstanding. My dog Roxy has literally been dropped off 5 mins ago. The whole process from start to finish has been remarkable. The cost of flying my dog to Cape Town was the most reasonable out of all the competitors. A massive thank you too Catherine and Matt for all there hard work throughout this process. After completing the first part of our transfer of our boy Kyza to Australia from the UK we hit a roadblock and felt we had nowhere to go.
I made a few enquiries including getting prices from many of the pet transport companies.
Flypets came back with not only the cheapest price, but the most information to help us understand the pitfalls we could face.
They even provided a new crate after we had bought one and that was included in the price.
Catherine was constantly emailing and helping us with Vet appointments to make sure we were on schedule, and they provided the final health certificate.

When I wanted to send a puppy, Dram, to New Zealand, I phoned several companies. Catherine at FlyPets took the time to have a very long conversation with me about the process and route options, and answered all my questions frankly. She sent me a lot of information too, before we had even decided to use this company.
Once we became customers, we got a list of all the vet tests,vaccinations etc he would need and the timings. Once a flghts were booked, Catherine rewrote the remainder of this list with specific dates, which was a real help to my vet and me.
Catherine was so patient with all our questions, and was happy to liaise with me, my vet, Dram's new owner and the quarantine Kennel in Christchurch.
When it came to send him away, I took him to FlyPets, I was shown his flight kennel, and where he would be kept for the few remaining hours before he went to Heathrow, and how to track him all the way.
I would thoroughly recommend FlyPets to anyone. They made a difficult process so easy!!

Tried to have a cat shipped to Oklahoma in January. 6 1/2 months later I am out $200,000.00 and do not have a cat or refund. All they do is ask for money and lie about the status of your pet. He had supposedly been injured 3 times already, been vaccinated 3 times. They supposedly sent him to the wrong airport in January but since then they haven’t even pretended to try and ship him. They just ask for more and more money. Now that I am out of money I am waiting to see what happens besides empty promises and lies. If you can use a different company.

From the word go, Nina and the team were a dream to work with as we prepared my Shiba Inu for transport from London to Bangkok. Reassurance was on demand, they sent plenty of photos and advice and of course Artemis arrived super happy, clean. I can't recommend them enough.

Words cannot begin to describe how above and beyond Catherine and Flypets went to help get our dog back to the US from the UK. I must have reached out to 6 companies and it wasn't even close. Flypets made everything easy and when things did get complicated with high temperatures on the US side, Catherine did amazing work to get our dog to the right airport at the right time. Cannot speak highly enough of her and the company.

We recently sent out dog from the UK to NZ with Fly Pets. Catherine was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and our dog has arrived here his happy self. I can highly recommend Fly Pets if you're looking to relocate your pet.

The FlyPets team did an excellent job moving my two Dalmatians from London to Chicago. Catherine especially was responsive, transparent, helpful, and very kind, and sent frequent updates regarding the dogs’ progress. I would absolutely recommend FlyPets for moving animals internationally, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Catherine at FlyPets was excellent in helping arrange transport for my two cats from the UK to NZ when we moved. She took all of the uncertainty and worry out of the planning, especially as NZ has such strict import laws. I love that FlyPets was able to do all of the (very complicated) paperwork, liasing with me every step of the way and giving me very clear instructions for what they needed from me and when. Catherine always responded very quickly to any query I had, and really put my mind at ease that my cats would be well taken care of. I compared multiple companies before choosing FlyPets. And I'm so glad I chose them. They were the only one that offered a fully comprehensive service as their standard, at the same price as other companies 'basic service'. It's clear they care very much about the animals they help transport around the world. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend you do too.

OMG I cannot thank the team enough for all they did for us - what was a very stressful and daunting task for us - relocating with a tribe of 7, the whole thing was a breeze thanks to Catherine and the team, from paperwork to nervous cats older dogs, and one elderly grumpy dog all handled with care and understanding, Catherine had the patience of a saint with my numerous emails of concern. I cannot recommend this company highly enough ours was a very time sensitive move and Catherine worked around the clock to make it happen and sort all documents for us, we were kept updated at every stage of our gangs travels, we would not hesitate to use Flypets again in fact we wouldn’t even consider another option - from the bottom of our hearts thanks a million for bringing our tribe to us safely.
