Fly away, over water and public liability @ price of repair only other insurers
Internet service up was good and easy to use (always is when taking your money lol.. only time will tell if I need to make a claim), I was after insurance for repair work incase I crash with public liability, fly away and cover over water. This had it all, other companies wouldn't do one or the other or the price was obsurd... Feel safer flying now. For piece of mind, price and good service I reccomend them

Good on Paper - yet to claim.
I have just bought this and joined the FPV for the £5m public liability insurance and discount on FlyIcarus. It was very easy to do, and I have looked at the terms and conditions which seem reasonable. Previously I have been on DJI Refresh, which costs about the same overall, but means you have to be able to recover the drone before claiming - which could be difficult if it has been attacked by a bird or got stuck at the top of the tree etc. So 4stars for "feel good", but cannot comment on claims. Yet.

Great service
Apart from using an out of date debit card, the whole experience was painless and very quick. Of course the real test will be if a claim is made but all seems fine on reading the policies.

Just bought my insurance tonight
Just bought my insurance tonight. For peace of mind; when you've spent a good wedge of money on a drone you'd like to make sure it's covered whilst it's zipping about in the sky.
I haven't claimed yet thankfully, but the process of actually purchasing the insurance is a doddle. Very clear, concise terminology and quick.

At first I thought this is too good to be true. I spoke to (I think)Chris on the 'phone and he reassured me. It is a remarkable value insurance that covers lots of stuff that dji Care Refresh doesn't, at less cost. Absolutely brilliant. I can't see how they can sustain it long term though.

Great cover
Great cover, good price, and very easy and straightforward to do.
I was insured immediately as a hobbyist and a great semse of relif that everyting is covered, including public liability up to 1m GBP.
Very happy.
