Our second purchase with Flush Bathrooms and the complete opposite experience. 1st time was perfect -hence coming back. Second time has been horrendous. No item received. No emails replied to. Apparently they have been sold but the 'old owners' have our order and funds and the new owners are not interested in helping - FINALLY replying to our 6th email with " We are strongly suggesting you recapture your funds by a chargeback procedure" . All in all not helpful and we will not be back. A complete lack of customer service and care from the new owners. We are still waiting for a refund which we are having to do via a PayPal case. Contact them before ordering to see if you get a reply!!

Terrible phone answering, as phone line non-functioning over prolonged period. Only possilbe means of communication was via internet. Delivery needed chasing up. Told not all goods in stock (2 weeks after order) and delivery of goods delayed, incomplete and part damaged. 2 stars for reimbursement of damaged goods.

Couldn't contact by phone or email. Eventually heard they are no longer trading I have already paid for item but will not receive compensation

Do not trust reviews on there web site. 2 months old the last one written and only seemed to be good ones when everywhere else there bad. Can anyone help how to get on there review site and write a review. Do not trust this company it’s a scam apparently change owner now. They would of known this was happening when took my order and would of of been able to forfill this order. The ‘new so call company’ is not honouring comittements already made but keeping name of company. Over month after took my order they said they couldn’t deliver as apparently ‘shipping container it had been had been damaged’. It took lots phone calls and emails to get this information they didn’t tell us first. We cancelled order as been waiting ages and they said we would have to wait ages again. We ordered from Victoria plumb and got it straight away, oh how I wish I’d gone there first. ‘Flush bathrooms’ said we’d get a refund within a fortnight which we realise was a lie now. Having to go through goodness knows what to get it back if we can. The people on phone and emails knew you were cheating hard working people and not telling the truth. It took a lot of time for us to earn this money. Shame on you!

The web site claimed under new management etc.Ordered a basin, very quick to take the money and all looked professional however had to follow up numerous times on delivery. No telephone, chat - only email. Lots of nice mails promising delivery etc...2 weeks later told the company was under new management and cant now fulfill order. They wont refund me or honor the sale, and advised i must dispute this with the card company or paypal and claim a charge back.... not sure ill see the money again. Rather go elsewhere as i think this is a very sophisticated on line scam website.

Item not received. Company no longer trading and advised to contact card company to get money back. Was offered 15% off a new purchase from the company that has taken over- not useful for delays caused in bathroom works

Paid in full only to receive part of my order. Still waiting for my shower tray to be dispatched. Don't know when that will be - have been in touch via email as their phone lines are down and haven't been given an exact delivery date/day of when my missing shower tray will be sent out to me. I would advise others to think twice about ordering goods as it is difficult to get answers.

Took money for some taps then blamed supplier for the problem I’ve spoke to the supplier and they told me they had the order but was obviously a problem with the account I then tried to get back in touch with flush and have had no response at all I paid through Paypal so they are now handling the matter

I paid them £57 for a mixer which they did not deliver.
They will not respond to any communication.
Looks like I got caught up in their 'management change' at the beginning of August 2018!

DO NOT USE THEY ARE CON MEN AND CROOKS. They owe me £500 promised refund from June which they will not refund. Have reported them to Credit Card Company and Trading Standards. Just had email from them saying the company changed ownership from August 1st and cannot refund money from before then how very convenient. I say again DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

Here is my sequence of events so far.
24th July 2018 Ordered a shower ... took money straight away.

.....CONTACTED LAKES (shower supplier) 03 August ... Flush have not ordered my shower !!!!!!

25th July - Email saying dispatched. ... didn't come + no tracking.
27th July - Emailed to ask where it was.
27th July - "Please accept my apologies, there has been an error in our system in that it has sent all of our customer dispatch emails.
Lakes will give you a call to book this in today/ Monday.

30th July - Emailed them .. gave until 31st for a response or would cancel
31st July - "I am sorry about this, we do quote up to 6 days for dispatch on our items, and we are currently on the 5th working day.
As per my previous email I am sorry that the dispatch email was sent in error but this was a system error that we were unable to control.
Lakes contact you as the goods come direct from their warehouse and they book in the deliveries direct. I will chase them to see whats going on and get back to you asap.

03 Aug - Emailed to cancel order under Consumer Contracts Regulations right to cancel

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order placed 24 July. So far no sign of item. Sent 2 emails chasing order, no reply. Tried to telephone - number unavailable!
Finally received a reply to my emails to say the company are under new ownership as from 1 Aug and will not be honouring any orders placed prior to this date and I will have to seek a refund via my credit card company. They have, however, offered me a 15% discount if I would like to place an order with them! Thanks, but no thanks, I'd rather pay more elsewhere. Something doesn't seem right here DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Disgraceful service and still no product. Extremely worried customer.

I ordered my item nearly 13 days ago and yet to receive the item or any kind of notification of when the product will arrive. I attempted to contact to sales team at Flush Bathrooms and found the customer service number does not work. I emailed asking when my product would arrive and what the delay was, the response to my question is below.

I followed up with Cassellie who informed me Flush Bathrooms had not confirmed the order, so they have taken my money but not even confirmed the order with their supplier. When I made Flush Bathrooms aware of this I was greeted with a further unhelpful response saying they quote up to 6 working days for delivery and that the manager was away until later next week. Well we are now on 8 working days and still no confirmation of when the product is going to be delivered. Not only that they are now ignoring my emails !!!

AVOID and RUN from these crooks, I would report them to the Retail Ombudsman but doubt they are even a legitimate company. Thankfully I paid via my credit card so am currently going through the process of making a claim but would advise anyone thinking about buying from this shocking company to avoid.

Website was fine, clear and good range of products and good prices and offers. However ordering was problematic. My order went through but didnt seem to go through so I had to contact customer service. However the phones were down so I could only use 'chat'. I dont like using 'chat' as you end up 'chatting' for far too long as it is slow and involves a lot of waiting. 30 mins later and the query was answered and order went through. I was contacted by the product delivery company and delivery arranged. However it did not arrive on the agreed date. I called up and a new date arranged - this went fine. So I would use again but I feel some improvements are needed. But having said that all issues have been resolved - it just took a while. Will be better once phone lines working again. Products were fine, in place, no damage, working great.

Ordered a double jacuzzi bath. Was told it would come on a certain day so we informed our builders. It came almost a week later causing delay to our project. We were told it would be delivered on the Friday but the 'van broke down', we got told the Monday, but heard nothing. The when it did arrive on Wednesday the builders were not here. This bath was 1.5m by almost 2 metres and there was ONE person delivering it, I had to help him to get it off the lorry! I was told it was a curb side service only which would have been fine if it arrived when they said it would. I was the left with this huge very expensive bath with no way of getting it into the house. Thankfully some helpful passers by gave me a hand otherwise it would have been left outside overnight. The product was poorly packaged making it even harder to manoeuvre and increased the likely hood to damage the product. Terrible customer service and delivery options for such a large expensive product. If it could turn up any time, how are you supposed to have enough people around to get it in the house? Their phone lines were also often down, with an unhelpful message about emailing them. I got one email response to my query almost 2 weeks later after the product had been delivered. Some really basic flaws in the service here, thankfully the product is brilliant, but I will not be using again!

Thought the website looked good and placed an order only to receive an email a few days later to say that the item is unavailable so the order has been cancelled - 10 days plus later - no refund, telephones not working and live chat offline so contact by email only - not good enough in my opinion when people are spending a lot of money.

Good prices and prompt delivery. Customer services are quick to respond on email to any queries.
