Shitty company and they are the middle man who also are not informed on how to install the products. Won't reimburse you for them sending wrong order. I paid twice for an item and never got reimbursed for the original item that was returned. They didn't want to refund the return shipping charges. Eventually refunded the shipping charges but not the additional item that was returned. Fought me tooth and nail and are very much the type that believe they are always right

There was an item missing from order but this was rectified and delivered the next day. Excellent customer service with a follow up email to confirm that the missing item had been delivered.

I sent my original design to Flue Pipes and Michael responded by return confirming all the parts I needed. The flue has now been installed with no problems. I would certainly buy from Flue Pipes again.

Amazing service, especially as these days traders are either not contactable or “there is always a minor misunderstanding”. However, Michel JANSSEN, was instantly available and we did a video call to ensure everything would work as intended, where he was highly experienced in his consultancy. The order was shipped the next day, as we missed the lunchtime cutoff time for the order and arrived the day after shipping in the morning. Everything worked out perfectly and I would order anytime again with Michel at Flue-Pipes.

Went online to look at requirements, excellent selection available. Selected the items I wanted, easy to place the order, confirmation emails sent through very quickly, and delivery was excellent, arrived within 24 hours of ordering - what's not to like? All we have to do now is actually fit the parts to our mobile home fishing lodge and replace the original one which has died!

Good products and relatively easy to assemble. The only thing that would have helped is providing some reassurance with assembly tips or instructions....I know there is only one way the sections fit together, but it is the exception (the cowl on top of the flue) that throws you off and causes you to doubt

Arrived on time but with some damage.
Hopefully the squashed flue liner is long enough for me to cut the damage part off.

They got back to me to offer help if my flue was not right but its gone in today and all is well. So pleased me fire is now sorted for the cold season.

I needed advice with the flue I was fitting and as my Roofer onlgave me a few days notice needed it rather quickly. I spoke to Peter the online guru and he was very helpful, when items weren't on the site he added them so I could add them to my order. Also the sales department checked my requirements and adjusted them where necessary. The delivery was free and arrived in a couple of days. The products were great quality and easy to fit. Really excellent company with great customer service. Many thanks.

No replies to emails, no phone contact late order and now a rude rep on the web chat. I have no faith my items will ever arrive . Avoid!!!

I placed an order couple of weeks ago, since it was a long lead time I tried to contact flue-pipes to inquire about the order. On numerous occasions I tried to phone them, it went straight to answering machine or they simply didn't pick up. I tried their live chat as well with no response. I've never received communication about when the delivery will be attempted, so I was a bit shocked when I received an email about a failed delivery. Apparently I didn't answer the phone to the courier so I will now be charged an extra £35 for rescheduling the delivery. No wonder I didn't answer the phone, I was at work, unable to do so! Had I been notified my order was coming today I would have stayed at home and made sure I was available. I find it outrageous that I should be charged extra for something that was clearly their fault. Avoid this company and go with someone who actually cares for their customers!
