Always have great service
Always have great service. I don't normally get to see the flowers delivered as I live in Australia but this last delivery I did get to see as I arranged for flowers to be delivered to my parents whilst I was on holiday at their place - they were just as my parents always describe - fresh and beautiful. Keep up this great service. I will be ordering again.

Reliable delivery and convenient
Reliable delivery and convenient. I have used them for over 3 years to reach family and friends in the UK while I live in America. I have never heard a complaint about quality and I like being able to do some add-ons of candy for example on special occasions. I think the products are good value, especially if you opt for the medium or larger sizes of the arrangements. I would just appreciate a bloom count on some arrangements.

was not very happy with the flowers…
was not very happy with the flowers that my friend received as they were nothing like what i ordered, I understand that the florist may not stock all the flowers that was in the one i chose but the only flower i could see was the same was the roses and i felt this was not acceptable and when i called they tried to palm me off with in our TC it says about not stocking some flowers and an alternative will be put in place but i did not expect most of the flowers to be changed. I will not be recommending anyone of my family or friends to use you

At Flowerfete, we expect all orders to be made as close to the advertised image as possible. While we do allow for substitutions in our bouquets to account for seasonal variations and stock availability, the flowers should be of the same colour, style, quality and size as the image on the website.

Mother’s day
I ordered flowers a week in advance for Mother’s Day and requested Saturday delivery. I received an email Friday night to say they were just dispatched and expected a next day delivery. They arrived late Monday and were half dead as they were sent in a box without light or water.
When I complained I was told that the website says 1 - 2 days delivery. I assumed they would send them 1 - 2 days before they were due but no. According to Flowerfete
“ we send the flowers 1-2 working days from the delivery date as the website advises. As the flowers arrived on Monday, they were on time as this is the second working day”.
1 to 2 days from the delivery date? what’s the point of that. Are they trying to say not one single mum received her flowers on mother’s day. Sorry Flowerfete, not good enough.

The item that you have ordered is a postal bouquet. These are delivered through the post via Royal Mail. As stated on our website and on your confirmation email, deliveries can take 1-2 working days from chosen delivery date.
Our website goes on further to say that if delivery times are critical customers should opt for the florist made items over which we have some degree of control regarding the delivery times.
We are very sorry if this was not clear at the point of purchase.

Appalling service. Ordered 3 flower deliveries, two for Mothers day one for a wedding anniversary. One of the Mothers day deliveries arrived with a blank card message, both arrived on the Friday which is kind of acceptable but the anniversary flowers arrived also on the 9th March an hour or so after the Mothers day delivery, when they should have arrived on or close to the 17th March. Been let down before too and got a voucher but it expired before I could use it. I won't be using Flowerfete or eflorist again. Ruined two experiences. No delivery would have been better!
