We have used Flight Centre now to help us plan two different road trip style holidays. They have listened to our objectives and budget and come up with really great travel options and hotels that I would never have found. The latest trip included Miami, Key West, Fort Myers, Clearwater, Tampa and Orlando. The Tony Hotel in Miami and The Palms in Key West were fantastic locations with real history, heritage and character. The consultation, planning and booking was simple and efficient. We did all our booking remotely with Michelle from their Horsham office.

We were advised to use Flightcentre to book our trip of a lifetime to Australia and we weren’t disappointed. We visited the Horsham branch, Rachel the manager was superb. After explaining where we wanted to go, how long we wanted to stay in each city and what we wanted to do, Rachel not only helped us build our itinerary but also recommended hotels, attractions to visit and gave us lots of tips to help use to get around. Rachel was happy to spend the time with us to make sure our trip was exactly what we wanted.

Michelle and Rachel at the Horsham branch have been superstars. We’ve had to move/cancel flights due to a medical emergency whilst in Australia and they have been kind and so knowledgeable and reassuring. This is clearly why you book through an agent! Do not hesitate to use these guys.

Have used Flight Centre Horsham on several occasions, always been highly accommodating, very knowledgeable, no pressure. Racheal also had personal experience of our latest pre destination choice. Which helped us in our final plans. Have also recommended them as I feel confident of them giving others a fab service.

when booking last minute flights to Thailand. I honestly can't praise Scarlett enough. She totally took the stress out of the entire process - searching for flights, visa requirements, booking seats, in-flight meals etc. She's very knowledgeable and prompt with replies to emails. Which belonged to Frankie Edwards, she really was helpful and knowledgeable especially as I did not have exact details to give her! However she did go the extra mile and gave me quite a few options which then between us managed to get me the perfect flights, I could not be happier
