She found the cheapest flight option, organised an airport hotel and put everything on hold for 24 hrs so we did not feel at all rushed into making the final decision. Thank you!

Tremendous customer service with Leena at Clapham Flight Centre office. We (wife and I) had booked flights at Flight Centre to Australia in June for travel this December. We experienced problems submitting our Australian visa requests, so visited FC Clapham and Leena was helpful, patient and efficient in assisting us in getting Visa requests submitted and now have approval.
