I had completed the form and after a week wait completed another one, and Brandon Darling quickly responded apologised for the wait and helped me which I appreciated. He took the time to understand what we were after, was very communicative and got us flights were incredibly happy with. I wasn’t sure how well the experience would go as we were flying in to Vietnam and leaving via Thailand but Brandon was so helpful and got everything done so quickly. He was even lovely on the phone during my stress and worries 🙈 Brilliant customer service and experience, would definitely use again. Thanks Brandon!

I had used Flight Centre several times before, though not since Covid. I was pleased to find that the level of service hadn’t changed. The initial phone call was quite long but covered all the possible options in a very clear and helpful way. This was immediately followed by a detailed quote/itinerary sent to my email in-box. By the end of the day, I had got all my flights booked and paid for. The day after I had another call from Flight Centre’s consultant to check that everything was fine, followed by another helpful email, covering various practical issues for the trip (eg visas). The whole experience couldn’t be faulted.

I wanted a just in case flight to Sri Lanka should Emirates not fly via Dubai in July.
Sophie was knowledgeable patient and gave me all my options.
I now have 2 flights booked with them but the cancellation fee if Emirates do fly is worth the piece of mind.

As part of the middle east issue I was transiting through Doha on my outward and return flights to Saigon from London on Qatar Airlines. Having travelled via Doha on the way out, and missing the troubles by literally 24 hours the return flight was obviously in jeopardy. I can't thank Gavin Sutton @ Flight Centre who went above and beyond when everything was centered around the middle east and those people the other side in Asia and Beyond were just forgotten. Gavin was always in contact even when on leave, he guided us through everything, at points when the Airlines where just ignoring stranded passengers.

Was always on hand and got us home with only a week's delay when there were stories of stranded passengers being ignored by Airlines.

Thanks so much Gavin and team. Flight Centre were great from start to finish and I would highly recommend them and will be using their service again. 5⭐
