Ryan was extremely helpful and came back promptly with several different options to consider for our trip to Australia before Christmas. Now have to decide best option after speaking with my son in Melbourne. Very good service. A nice young man obliging and with a very good telephone manner.

My wife and I booked flights to Australia to see our family for Christmas. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to a medical problem. Our Flight Centre Agent Nicola was fantastic. Throughout our booking process Nicola looked after us exceptionally well. Nothing was too much trouble and her advice on routings, airlines, seats you name it was invaluable. When we told her of our dilemma Nicola contacted the airline and dealt with all the administration on our behalf. This was going the extra mile. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of Nicola as our travel consultant, and it will not be the last. Nicola is a shining star for Flight Centre

Matt who was my consultant was great - he made a stressful experience simple, was friendly, great with advice and finding me the best prices, accomodating to meet my needs and very speedy with responses, could not have asked for an easier experience!

I spoke with Emily today who helped me greatly with organising some upcoming holiday flights - she was incredibly helpful thoughout and provided a few different solutions I hadn't thought of. Great credit to Flight Centre!

Wonderful service from Emily and Chloe for my specific flight requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a first class service….. if only I could’ve flown first class too 😆

Fab service! I spoke with both Mark Lawrence and Ben Hogan over the course of a few days and they were extremely helpful in solving my multi-city flight conundrum! Including putting flights on hold while we coordinated with my sisters who had different requirements & destinations on their itinerary... The end result is perfect as they have even managed to book us seats together on the one flight we all share - despite being booked at different times! Definitely wouldn't have achieved that without Flight Centre. Thank you guys!

Mark made me feel that no question was too trivial & was more than happy to go over things again & again. Was also happy for me to bring my dog, Molly, into the shop. The whole thing was very relaxing.

I’m unable to make a change to my ticket without paying these lizards their extortion. Would recommend never using flight centre, as for their cookie-cut lost staff, even an AI has more accountability than these pensioner pirates.
Propose these illegitimate experts go forth on to the land where inmates wear stripes and the evenings pleasures are taken, not given. Let them explore and perhaps gain a little life experience.

My trip to Melbourne Australia was just perfect from start to finish although we did have a 1 1/2 hour delay sat on the plane midway on departure and there was a geopolitical event happening about the Middle East. But my main concern was the no physical ticket, all online processing. Alas all issues were were unfounded snd my journey went seamlessly. I would highly recommend Flight Centre for your worldwide travel. Thanks FC!

We rung the Flight centre last year and got through a lovely lady! Chloe Hughes, we booked our holiday to Australia and from start to finish she has been so amazing coping with our indecisions😂😂 She changed the hotel and flights so are trip is tailored made especially for us x.

I have used the Brighton flight centre several times and found the staff very helpful, in pertly Ben Hogen.
He has given my wife and I wonderful service. I like to think we have become good friends. I will continue to use the flight centre for their good service.

Ryan (Mcdonald) made the whole booking experience a pleasurable experience. He put us ar ease, was extremely polite and efficient.

Mark at the Flight Centre was quick efficient and did everything I asked without trying to sell me stuff I did not want. I will definitely use again next time I go away. When I had to change my flight to get back to the UK sooner than expected he sorted it in less than a couple of hours and all of it via email as phones were not accessible. I can not fault the experience.

My husband and myself called into Flight Centre Brighton and spoke to Ben Hogan he was very professional, friendly and helpful. We were planning a holiday of a lifetime to Malaysia, Thailand and some other countries. We were going to book the trip ourselves. After speaking to Ben and explaining what we wanted to do he gave us a quote that was very good which planned everything for us with all flights, transfers and hotels which obviously was much less of a worry of booking it ourselves. We will definitely recommend Ben to friends and family. Thank you Ben.

Ben Hogan was extremely helpful, cheerful and professional from the moment I spoke to him on the phone. In person he was great, and quickly and efficiently found us a great deal for our trip to San Francisco. He even checked out train times and changes from Lewes to Heathrow. We then recommended him to our daughter for her trip to Melbourne, and she was also really pleased with the deal he found.

Ryan did a fantastic job in pulling together an itinerary that met our needs perfectly.
I had intended to arrange our trip myself, but he took all the hassle of that away .... and at a good price.
From our initial telephone conversation, he kept in touch with updates and was always available to answer any queries that I had.

We got through to Matt Batchelor at the Brighton office when we called the central number. I’m so glad we did, he took all my requests and planned us the perfect multi city long haul trip with fantastic all inclusive beachside hotel, car hire, airport transfers etc. Plus I even went back and gave him an extra challenge for an our last few days and came away with a luxury Safari Tent - his “wild card” option as he calls it!
