If I knew then what I know now, I would have never have recommended Fleetchoice

They have a great service team to get you in the door, but once your in, they don't care. They will take months to make changes (six) at your cost, and have very little consideration to respond promptly. But they will be more than happy to sign up your dog.

Have been robbed of more than $50k in hidden extra costs!! trying to pay out early and absolutely being taken for a ride with no reply from anyone yet!! steer well clear of this company and their criminal hidden costs.

My fleetchoice rep was Jed sand he has been awesome. This is the second time I have done a lease and nothing is too hard for him, even through me changing accessories a few times. Highly recommend his services

Fleetchoice has very very bad customer service. You will get no response when you raise an issue that comes from Fleetchoice. I am Fleetchoice's existing customer. My contract No: C007294. A few times, I found there is some mistakes in the Running Cost record on My Dashboard on Fleetchoice Website. I raised the issue to their admin email for almost a month with 3 times sending follow-up emails but no one from Fleetchoice ever attended to my Inquiry.
Do consider carefully before you select this company.

What a joke. Implementation of a new web site is flawed, and Customer service couldn't care less. This is not the organisation I agreed to have my lease with and has gone to the dogs.
