This company have gone bust surely as they are taking money for items that they don’t sent out. Their phone answer phone machine is full and they don’t reply to email. Totally fraudulent company now stealing from people.

Zero stars!!! Like previously stated they’re absolute scammers. Placed my order over 3 weeks ago, still not arrived. Over 20 calls and no answer, I’ve sent 3 emails, again, no answer. DO NOT buy from here!

I would give no stars if I could. This “company” took money for 6 items that I ordered and they only sent 2. It’s been 2 weeks since my whole order was supposed to be delivered. They haven’t contacted me, they haven’t returned my money and I’ve had to response to the 3 emails I’ve sent, no message, no phone calls. Nothing. So basically, they’ve stole money from me. Not a legit business. Don’t do it.

Goods not received. Emails ignored.

I paid using PayPal (with buyer's protection) as was skeptical reading the reviews on here. But glad to say my orla kiely mugs arrived after 6 days, and everything is as expected. The mugs don't come in their original boxes though so probably not suitable as gifts, but for your own use at this price, it's a bargain. I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you.

No existent company, only sent half my order, all their standard ordering emails (confirmation and dispatch emails) say to contact them if a problem, yet 2 emails, 1 website message, endless phone calls and left messages on the BT call minder voicemail and no one has the decency to reply or return a call. Ended up raising a dispute through my bank to get my money back

Ordered 2 Willow tree gifts. Read the reviews on here after purchased and was skeptical of how they would arrive. In my experience my parcel arrived in great condition and well wrapped- was delivered within a few working days. Cannot fault them.

Flamingogifts.co.uk / Flamingog.co.uk clearly anything with flamingo in the title that seems to be based in Kendal Cumbria is a scam, read the reviews and take heed!
This company or family by the looks of thing advertise items they clearly don't have at prices to entice you in.
I received a thanks for your order which recommends using 'Shop' app to track which is another avoid at all costs!
So thanks for your order then nothing, asked for an update where our goods where got a response saying "bare with me we are trying but there are delays give me 24 hours"
Shortly after money was refunded then nothing else they just kept my money a week gave it me back and nothing no explanation, apology. Shortly after placing my order the item in question showed as out of stock and by the time I was chasing its whereabouts it was back online as in stock? Scam!!!
No need to rant on just avoid and save your time & money!

Still waiting for a refund from this awful company. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. Finally got through and was promised a refund. 10 days later still waiting. Shop elsewhere!

I bought an object that cannot be found on other sites, at an acceptable price.
I took a risk but after 20 days it arrived (I live in Italy).
Everything ok, beyond expectations, given the bad reviews. :-)

Ordered a willow tree ornament for a birthday I ordered it 10 days before the persons birthday to know I will get it on time for the parcel to never be delivered was supposed to receive my parcel on the 14th of may but still haven’t received it and can’t request a refund due to it being too soon apparently and it could still arrive I will never order from flamingo gifts again and I’ll take my custom else where when I need to order a present

Ordered wedding anniversary gift for my sister on 22nd March but they agreed return and received it on 28th March but as today 3/5 no refund and no response to emails quick to deliver and accept payment but slow to deal with complaints

Ordered 2 items-They delivered a box with only one. They do not answer the phone nor reply to emails

As a previous contributor wrote "absolute scammers." I thought I had bought some supposedly famous mugs from them, made by McLaggan whose sales manager had identified Flamingo Gifts [FG] to me as an outlet for their products. Why they need the likes of FG as an outlet, I have not the first idea. Anyway McLaggan have stopped replying to my emails now. I had made a futile effort to enlist their help.

I ordered something I’ve been looking for a long time everyone else has been out of stock for ages…although my delivery took 5 days from when placing order to delivery …I’m happy to say I received my goods today and very happy … I was a bit stressed after reading the reviews … I’m glad I didn’t read them before placing the order 100% happy customer and would recommend Flamingo gifts. Thanks

Failed to respond to my emails until I suggested getting trading standards involved…… says it all

I ordered a mug from them in August, and promptly received the wrong mug. I got in touch with them via email twice; received no responses. (I've since sent them more email, both to the email provided on their website, and through their own electronic contact form. I've received no replies or acknowledgements of receipt.) I've tried calling them countless times. My call was answered once, and the lady I spoke to promised to send me the correct mug. I never received it. I keep trying to get in touch from time to time, but I've never managed to reach them and haven't received any communication from them.

Bought good, ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses only one came, bought other stuff, total order £100, returned everything back, sent proof of postage, no refund 6 months later, no reply’s to emails.

Returned two items a number of weeks ago now. No acknowledgement of receipt of the items, no refund. I have sent two emails and one Facebook message to them to see what's happening and all communication has been ignored.
