I ordered by gas barbeque on a Thurs morning and it arrived the next morning. You can't get much quicker than that !!

They also sorted me out a couple of extra bits I wanted for the barbeque that were not "standard items" and again these turned up the very next day.

My only slight niggle is that the website doesn't work for ordering online, (come on now, we are in the 21st century guys!!) You have to call their phone line, and sometimes "queue" for 10 mins on the phone. Very 1980's.The folk on the phone are really helpful and nice though so credit where credit is due.

Sort your website out Flaming barbeques, and you will be flaming brilliant !!!

Very happy with this BBQ. Delivered on time. Easy to assemble though takes a bit of time and concentration. Looks elegant, solid and works perfectly.

Having spent a lot of time in Australia and New Zealand we loved the way they grill on flat plates. They allow you to cook evenly without the flare up and are very easy to clean, that is why we chose the Billy OH. It has a large plate, was very easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Delivery was quick and I have already recommended Flaming Barbecues to my son and friends. Excellent service and product.

Looked for ages at many barbecues , really glad we settled on the Billy oh, was easy to assemble and is a great product, we're really pleased with it. The delivery arrived super quickly too so that was a bonus.

I looked at all the BBQs in B&Q, hombase etc but none compare to the build quality of the BillyHo 4 burner I brought. I have only used it twice but so far so good.

Made my order, stated at first there had been a problem but received confirmation that the BBQ ordered and money taken with a delivery date for 30th July.
Next day a tracking email told me my BBQ would be delivered on 29th, great I thought as I wanted to have it ready for my days off. As I was working nights I spent the next day lying on the sofa waiting for the BBQ between 8am and 6pm, woken by every noise outside with the exception of the doorbell. Needless to say, despite the early high expectations... No delivery, no explanation and a tracking system that does not actually track anything other than give you the wrong details.
Emailed the company and received a reply at 04:00hrs with apologies and promise of a quick investigation and delivery date.
Let's see if that happens, will be continued...

Kept informed from the start with order confirmation, despatch details and expected delivery date. Excellent service - and all at a keen price. Wish I had known they had an upcoming sale though!

Ordered a 6 burner Billyoh BBQ at 11.15pm on Sunday. BBQ arrived at 9am on Tuesday. My wife accepted the box and signed the paperwork, however when i checked the BBQ when i returned from work i discovered a dent in the cover. 1 phone call to Flaming BBQ customer service and a collection and replacement was arranged in 10 mins. 9am Thursday morning the replacement was delivered (in perfect condition) the original removed by the driver and all done with a smile on his face. Excellent service and product at a great price...what more do you want ? Any further purchases for outdoor entertainment i know where to go

I needed a speedy delivery at a good price and flaming bbq's delivered!

An excellent product which came well packaged. The delivery was fast and efficient and having tried out the BBQ I can definitely recommend them. They are very strong and the flavors are enhanced which must be down to the design.

Began well, making purchase and payment via Amazon , item did not arrive. Checked with FB and no record of order, further checks with Amazon reveal fault in FB system not taking order via Amazon payment,(was told other customers having same issues) so cancelled order with reassurance from both FB and Amazon that no payment would be taken from my account,proceeded to reorder direct from FB with payment over telephone. Within two days my item arrived...... From FB...... It proved to be faulty......no problem....... New one sent out immediately.....we waited collection of faulty one to no avail.......then lo and behold the original order was resurrected and arrived, we refused delivery... Two days later another arrives ...we refused delivery again.at this point And after lots of emails, I checked my account and found I had now paid for two items, the second payment taken by Amazon. It took 3 weeks to get a refund and in that time had two more attempted deliveries,
eventually the faulty one was collected. If stress and time wasted was counted I would say we are out of pocket,
Right hand did not know what left hand was doing, promises made were not kept, a very unpleasant experience indeed. ....so if you decide to order from Flaming Barbecues, take heed, and pay direct to them over telephone. But beware!

Bought an outback barbecue at a competitive price, delivered on time and easy to assemble as long as you have a helper!

Its a great bbq when put together but the instructions should be a little more clear as to what goes where,after a few mistakes got it sorted.Look forward to using it and trying out the good idear of the ash pan
