WARNING! DO NOT USE! Hard to understand why Taylor Wimpey recommended FJG to handle New Build transactions in Suffolk. FJG is an amateur company run by INTERNS! Arran D'Cruz handled my house transaction being stationed overseas. Arran was super arrogant from the beginning and acting like he actually did not want to assist with the deal, Arran has zero understanding of international transactions, hardly returned calls or messages left to him and responded to emails only weeks after I sent them if at all. After NO COMMUNICATION for month's at all I called several other new build conveyancers to get a grip on who I am dealing with. FJG is totally unknow in the trade, except from in Sudbury! As I was too far in the process I was recommended to see if FJG was able to process the transaction in full. Near the end - even when I received an email asking if I was okay with completing and replying "yes", I received an email stating "we are busy and will deal with you when we have time..." ! If you are buying a house from overseas or from anywhere else for that matter, STAY AWAY FROM FJG. FJG might be able a local transaction in Sudbury - that's it.

Overall the communication was great, the several hurdles and hitches were managed well. It’s a stressful process, but my designated case manager was on hand at all times to ensure progress and avoid unnecessary delays.

If you want informed and proactive advice, and a professional level of service, don't use the conveyancing team at the Colchester office.

The buyers of my home have been using Hannah at FJG Sudbury. The incessant responses to enquiries have gone on for nearly 6 months. If you want a local conveyancer who doesn’t know Building Regs, planning rules and wants purchase receipts, personal NCB history and historic electric bills, FJG are for you.
My buyer has lost her purchase of my home as a result of this conveyancer’s protracted lack of local knowledge.

Gayle Fordham dealt with our land registry for my neighbours & I - we highlighted an issue which we needed checking was correct on the paperwork she sent us. We are awaiting on this enquiry to proceed on an another matter.After phone calls & countless emails still no answer after 2 months ! - disgraceful conduct poor service do not use.

firstly surprised of the company move and change of name which we were not aware fortunately the move was to just across the road so no problem .We were greeted at the front door by a friendly person who directed us to the waiting area. We did not have very long before the solicitor came in and greeted us which made us more comfortable . It was very straight forward to sort out our needs , we left shortly after and was shown out by the solicitor .In all a very easy and simple visit we were made to feel comfortable and from there on we experienced no problem . Would not hesitate to use them again , the only point I would make is that the building could do with a lick of paint .

Nothing good to say. Lack of candour, late crucial document errors attributed to others and indifferent service. Seeking to complain about their service resulted in ‘ we will disinstruct you ‘ rather than address the client issues. Can only recommend that you do not waste your time or money here

Don't use them !!!!. If system had a zero that's what it would be. They acted for a person who sold me a house and failed to resolve a land registry matter as part of the sale which has led to me suing that person for now £200k. 4 years later the matter is not resolved and is now in high court. Disgraceful
