The software behind Five9 is really great and is constantly improving. New and helpful features are added consistently and they system is built in a highly customizable way. If we need something done, we can find a way to do it in Five9.

Five9 provides a comprehensive product with extensive options. The inbound and outbound capabilities are endless.Any blend of campaigns that you need can be accomplished. We have been customers for a number of years and our needs have changed greatly over the years, with many additions and subtractions in our workforce and scale. Five9 has been accommodating and supportive with both of the account managers we have had to date with mostly seamless transitions. My only reason for not providing a five star review is their case management and a few major snafus before we rebuilt our workflow. The tier 1 support isn't very supportive to those clients who know the systems well. The plus side is once I learned that certifying in their training would bump you to tier 2 support it has been fantastic. Thank you for providing such a workhorse product.

Great Company With a Product That is Improving
Five9 has a great team who are dedicated and want to ensure that we have a great Five9 experience. Thankfully we onboarded at a time when they had migrated most of their platform away from Java. There are still a few components being developed to use HTML5. We use the Dynamics AX Adapter and it has worked well. We wish that there was a native Windows app available to better deal with answering, ringing, etc. Being entirely browser based is not always ideal.

Five9 the tool itself has been pretty good when it comes to collections and recoveries. We use Five9 to auto dial outbound to delinquent credit card and loans customers who may have missed a payment(s) or have charged off. The efficiency has been pretty good in getting through the entire list 1-2 times daily. I really like the controls within the admin tool to choose the intensities of calls per agent and by having the ability to pull calls.
The customer service I have received with Five9 has been 5 out of 5 stars. Our Account manager is very quick to respond when needed and the tech support has been world class. There were a few instances where some of the agents were not getting any calls and I felt confident in calling the tech support team to help out.
A downfall for us in Five9 is in the creation of individual campaigns and making them very specific in how we want to call. Eg. We want to get really specific and targeted in terms of how many calls we make out to different groups of customers in different delinquent buckets. For example we want to test calling earlier delinquent customers fewer than charged off and also call people at different times based on when they normally pick up. I feel it is quite hard to really customize the list to fulfill our overall collections strategy.
Overall I think Five9 is great and we will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Five9 has completely changed our dialling
Five9 has completely changed the way our call center operates. It's enabled us to keep tighter control over our reps dialling compared to a manual process where they could sit without dialling, MASSIVELY sped up the dials by calling multiple numbers at once, and increased our pickup rate from 7% to 12% by matching the area code. That's over a 50% increase!
The software is easy to use from the reps end, but one critique is their Java based desktop app for the admin side. It's pretty clunky and tough to learn, but once you get it down it's reliable.
Our experience after upgrading to the Five 9 plaform
We recently upgraded to the Five 9 platform. We have a larger industry-specific call center, and the transition was complex. Five 9 helped us through the transition, and working with them we have found several tools and ideas within the system that have improved client satisfaction and our overall profitability. I would recommend the Five 9 platform without hesitation.

Its an automatical dialer that will get your sales people hooked up to calls. I have nothing else positive to share, ehich is sad. Most sales people could make many more dials working manually. The five9 team made alot of promises and didnt deliver on them. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable and high level but frankly was just very good at rebuttals and telling the customer what they wanted to hear. When it got time to purchase and use the software there were a number of items that just weren't true or left out.

Our company has been utilizing Five9 for 7 years. We have grown exponetially due to the technical advancements of our Five9 dialer. Five9 has always driven to be ahead of the curve when it comes to CRM ties, API's, Redundency, and keeping up with TCPA/FCC regulations. They are always there to aswer any questions and their IT experts are fairly quick with providing solutions.
