Great customer service, efficient delivery.
Had to order a paddle tennis racket last minute for a Christmas gift after a previous company failed to deliver. I ordered and sent an email explaining I needed it urgently (this was late December) to Fitness Equipment Ireland. Within 48 hours I had the replacement racket. Ordering process was easy and customer service was great.

Has to be a one star review. My order never arrived, despite calling the company before Christmas when I was told they would contact the courier and return my call. They never did and it never arrived.
EDIT: Following a conversation with the company and their admission of liability and explanation of events, I have happily thawed somewhat.

I bought the 1 inch weight plates as I have not transitioned to an Olympic setup yet. I find the plates to be good quality and I am happy with my purchase. I have purchased these before and they are always delivered quickly with no issues.

I was setting up a home gym and I seen fitness equipment Ireland on Instagram. I have bought a lot of equipment off the team over the last few months. My first order came with a couple of missing bits but the team were very helpful and respond very quick on the WhatsApp and they’re super helpful. I can’t recommend the team enough. Equipment (wall ball holder, so not a big piece of kit) arrived in the separate deliveries a week apart, with bolts missing, re sent by courier, received a further week later.
Customer service were responsive which was good.
