Fast delivery, great price and excellent quality always

I’ve been a couple of times to the showroom and I’ve been welcomed by the amazing, polite and above and beyond staff. I visited yesterday and Ciara I hope I got that name right was exceptional in customer service. The guy who brought out my items on the forklift was super friendly and professional. Products were top of the pops as usual, great value and quality.

I purchased a reformer machine and the follow up service has been excellent, I had an issue with my equipment and the resolution was excellent,

Ordered a Christmas present off this website and can’t recommend enough.
My boyfriend had told me the wrong diameter for the hole in the weights but I emailed fitness equipment Ireland to see if I could change the order and it was no issue at all. They even refunded the difference in the price of the new set without me asking which was really nice.
They were so helpful and friendly and I received my order a few days later.

Would highly recommend.

Got a 32kg kettlebell 3 years ago love it went back today got another 32kg and a 36kg kettlebell and a 25kg refurb dumbell amazing deal great to do business with ciara and alex and others would recomend anytime

Scam warning, I ordered items more than week ago, and still no delivery, no tracking number, not answering my phone, not answering messages sent by contact form on website,

Great equipment and service . Delivery man Mick was most helpful . He arranged a time and arrived as agreed . Was an awkward space but he managed to get up close to it, and he off loaded all the equipment himself as i wasn't feeling well . So please pass on my thanks to Mick . Will definitely do business with this company again .

I bought a flat bench & some kettlebells for my home gym. I’m delighted with the quality of everything I bought and my orders were delivered quickly.

Before I decided to drive up and visit the shop to purchase specific items I sent hundreds of emails which every single one was answered promptly, kindly and contained all the info I was looking for. Couldn't be happier with the level of customer care I experienced. Alex went out of his way to help with my payment using gift cards. Abby replied to every single email and ensured the equipment I wanted was present in showroom for me to see, before purchasing. Overall great shop. Competitive prices. Fantastic, kind and helpful sales assistants. Highly recommended.

I just received my dumbbells today and I’m over the moon. So glad I found these guys, reasonable prices and speedy delivery with great communication. I’ll be in touch again soon to get more equipment 😁💪 sorry I never got the name of the guy who delivered my order but he was very kind to carry the heavy dumbbells up my steps and into my house as they were too heavy for me 😄

I recently purchased gym equipment from Fitness Ireland, and the whole experience was very efficient. I dealt with Cian, who was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved a small issue which arose. Their customer survive is excellent, and I would happily deal with them again

Be very watch full of delivery of items. I have ordered twice and they have yet to send the correct delivery. Items arrive a long time after delivery. Some items had rust. Quiet sneaky in how they price, you would think from the price you are getting as set and then 1 single strap would arrive in stead of a pair and they tell you its priced per individual item. I am current waiting over 6 weeks for 20 items, which has been arriving in 2s and 3s and I constantly have to double check invoice and account for items missing. Very poor service. I will however say that the website was easy to buy from and they took the money very quickly. Getting the right items on the other hand is very difficult.
