Absolutely terrible experience. Still haven’t received my parcel that should have been here 3 days ago and am now on day 8. Royal Mail tracking number is useless as the item hasn’t been handed over and no response whatsoever from the company despite sending numerous emails. Contact phone number also doesn’t work so no way of getting hold of anyone for an update. Avoid this company - will hopefully be able to get the money back through my bank as I don’t hold out much hope getting a refund from these con merchants.

Waited 3 weeks for darts to come then get a email from fitness360 saying that they had no stock and that the dispatch confirmation I was given was also bogus.

They have promised a refund but so far no items and no money back as yet.

So after all this nonsense they are trying to refund only half which I’m trying to get sorted as I spent £122 and they are only refunding £61. But trying to get in contact with this company and get responses is very difficult if I could give them no stars I would.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AT ALL COSTS. Worst online company I have ever used for buying from.

One go the worst experience.Recieved a damaged racquet because of the packing material used.Local post office cannot compensate as the packaging was faulty by fitness 360 because of that frame is already broken.

The item that I bought is great and it was a great price.
My issue is the length of time it took to receive my package. Granted I ordered on a Friday, however it was a full 7 days before I received my goods. After a few days i emailed the company to ask for an update. The best they could do in the reply was to say that it had been dispatched quickly but sometimes parcels take longer.

Bought Perfectil Hair Vitamins drinks from this company . They were 1 year out of date. Reported this over a week ago & no contact .

Ordered race suit for my daughter which arrived one week after delivery date, only after chasing up the order. Item arrived damaged, and cant return because there no return address, phone number in valid and have sent numberous emails, which have been unanswered. Absolutely appalling customer service, will never order from them again

I received the wrong shoes. The ones I order had a instillaled lining. The ones I received were not the right shoes. And the color is different also

I ordered running shoes from Fitness 360. The company refused to give me a tracking number for my order and the order never arrived. I don't believe it was ever shipped. I was able to argue to have my money refunded. I would not recommend this company and will not order anything from them again.

Fitness360 was prompt in fulfilling my order and shipping the item. Unfortunately, due to tariffs in my country, instituted by the current incompetent occupant of the White House, Fitnessd360 was unable to deliver the item and was obligated to issue a refund. They were courteous in their communication and the refund came through the day following the notification of non-shipment. I will recommend this company.
