Fitness Superstore - Tunbridge Wells Bewertungen

Ricky the store manager was very helpful in talking us through the options for what we needed particularly as we were pretty unprepared

Ricky (Tunbridge Wells) was a great help, good knowledge of equipment, spent a lot of time making sure we got the right equip for our needs. Very helpful in supporting a competitive price. Returning customer

We visited the Tunbridge Wells store looking for a treadmill and had such a positive experience thanks to Julian. From the start, he struck the perfect balance -friendly and approachable without being pushy. He made it clear he was there if we needed anything and said he’d check back in after we’d had time to look around, which we really appreciated.

When we explained what we were looking for, Julian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through all the options, carefully explaining the differences and what would suit our needs and budget best. There was absolutely no pressure to go for the most expensive model - just honest recommendations based on what we actually wanted.

We spent quite a while discussing everything and he explained it all thoroughly and clearly. After leaving the store to think it over, we ended up ordering a few hours later over the phone. The process was seamless from start to finish.

Fantastic customer service - we’d definitely use the store again and would happily recommend Julian to anyone.

Adjustable Bench
Back to see Chris at the Fitness Superstore in Tunbridge Wells to purchase an adjustable gym bench. Chris offered a few options in store and I was able to assess and choose the right option with his help. Great service and these high street stores are so important to be able to try out the products before purchase. Thank you!

Great service & advice. It really helped being able to try different equipment side by side so I could find the right product rather than just having to depend on online reviews. All backed up by a great price.

I went into the store in Tunbridge Wells to enquire about a delivery that I had made on line.
I received great customer care from Julian Maurer from the first instance.
I was very impressed and went onto to buy 5 further items.
I would definitely recommend this store.

I ordered my last treadmill in 2018 and in considering my new purchase, it was most gratifying to see Ricky Osborn was still working in Fitness Superstore eight years later. This was the primary reason I completed my purchase in a market filled with alternatives and ever changing staff. I have come to trust Rickys advice and can recommend in terms of ease of dealing with. Thank You Ricky

informative, detailed, helpful advice

Chris was very helpful, patient and the store had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely my "go to" outlet for any future purchases.

We went to our closest Fitness Superstore in Tunbridge Wells to look at various bits of gym equipment. We were helped by Chris in the store. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the products we looked at. He demonstrated a manual treadmill and was on hand for anything we wanted. We purchased a balance board, but also ended up buying a fancy set of dumbbells by Nuobell. We were given a good discount to match internet prices, but really appreciated being able to go to a store to see and try the equipment. Really useful visit and appreciated the attention from Chris.

Knowledgeable staff (Julian), not pushy & a good selection of equipment to look at.

Came in the Tonbridge wells store to look at an assault bike and treadmill for our home gym, Julian assisted me in advising on different types and brands of equipment and let me throughly try the pieces of equipment in the store, he gave me a quote which I took home to double check the gym space that everything would fit and the next day I phoned him back up and he arranged the payment and delivery, very friendly, happy and professional service, would highly recommend, cannot wait till Wednesday when it gets delivered. 👍🏻💪🏻 Thanks again Julian.
