We visited the store at Meadowhall retail park S92YZ on 23/8/26 We were looking for a treadmill that was the right size that best suited our needs. Store manager Justin Logan Gave us a tour of the store & explained the wide variety of machines set up in store. Each different one varied and had different capabilities to match the needs of each individual it was easy to find the best match for us. I had a test run one of the machines that was best suited our needs as the machine was for both myself & my partners use.
Justin explained how to use the machine and stepped aside to allow me to get comfortable and relaxed no pressure sales tactics The product sold its self it felt safe sturdy easy to use I would recommend anyone thinking of getting a treadmill to go visit the store do the try before you buy experience and get the right machine for you (we previously bought a treadmill the buying blind way it didn't work out a costly mistake on our part) We were happy with our experience at the Fitness superstore we bought a treadmill the same make & model I had tried out. It was delivered a couple of days later Justin had explained the best way to unpack the machine to set it up, we managed to do it ourselves following the instruction manual (I would suggest if anyone isn't good at following instruction manuals get Fitness superstore to come out & do it Justin the store manager, did offer this service. The machine is a little difficult to menouver being quite heavy so make sure to have enough room to move it to the right place before unpacking it again if this would be difficult get the shop to come out & set it up
Once set up in the right place ready to go We have been using it every day since & finding it brilliant exactly what we wanted We very happy 😊 Highly recommend 100%

The staff are knowledgeable about thier products. Friendly service. I'm disabled and usually feel out of place when being in gyms and fitness stores. Staff helped me find the products that I could use. I never once felt different or uncomfortable.

Fitness superstore Sheffield is a big space with plenty of kit to look at. But it was the titan MFT elite that did it for me.

Justin ran me through the layout of the equipment, how it all works and what was available.

I wasn’t sure it would fit at first but Justin was really helpful, when I arrived home I called the store and he quickly grabbed his tape measure and was helping me out best he could.

Glad I did that U turn and I am super excited to my home gym. 💯

Been looking for kettlebells so decided to pop into Fitness Superstore in Sheffield. Was served by Justin, he was very helpful and guided me to ensure I chose the correct type of kettlebell based on my needs. All I can say it was a positive experience and would return for more in the near future.

Talked about my needs, and settled on thd bike that i purchased. Good knowledge and friendly staff

I have only good things to say about fitness superstore. I visited the showroom in Sheffield and was greeted by Justin who was friendly and a really fantastic help in identifying the best equipment for me and was very knowledgeable.

I popped into store during the week to look over some adjustable dumbbells for me and my son, I was shown what was on offer by very knowledgeable staff.
While looking online at the Bowflex dumbbells I noticed the sheffield store had a set of ex demo for sale at a reduced cost. I called in store and Justin sorted everything out swiftly, even adding an additional discount offer, thanks Justin.
If you’re looking for some quality service and equipment, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. 5stars*****

First time going into store and got some good advice from Tom. Afterwards via email Tom also helped us with finding hopefully what will be the ideal gym solution for our garage. He also wangled us a better deal than the online prices. So nice to find a shop like this, it’s great to see stuff in person and get help with it all.

Really happy with the Sheffield store. We spent a few minutes browsing the machinery we were considering and then, the sales person Rebecca approached and offered some advice. She was very knowledgeable and made some excellent suggestions for additional accessories. We were not rushed in any way, nor did we feel pressured into the purchase despite there being various sales on that we were able to take advantage of. The delivery was arranged and turned up as expected. The delivery person was also very helpful and cheerful too. We have now assembled the machines we bought (a multi gym, treadmill and various weights) which, although a complicated process, it was made so much easier to receive a full and accurate order. No damages or missing parts.

Jack was very helpful on the right treadmill for us, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, without pressure on us; good quality equipment on display.

I was very happy with the service. The shop assistant was brilliant. Every bit of equipment I asked about is showing me how to use it so I was very impressed and I will be back for more stuff. Thank you very much for your service.
