Really great experience
Really great experience coming here. James and Devon were very helpful and had extensive knowledge about the treadmills. They listened to what it was that we needed rather than just sell us anything. We are really pleased with our purchase, the service has been excellent thanks. Would absolutely recommend here

James was extremely helpful, he went through all the features of treadmill. Suggested the one which was suitable for the home gym. He is very knowledgeable about the installation, collection and recycle the old machine. Also gave the information about the another piece of equipment by life fitness for repairs.

Older lady wanting cross trainer
I wanted a cross trainer as an older lady trying to avoid Knee surgery. Lee was really helpful. Invited me to "try out" the cross trainers in the store and gave me information when asked. Recognising my needs being less than someone younger who was looking for something different, he suggested a model fit for purpose. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and above all? great smile!

Great in-store experience!
Highly recommend Lee at the Manchester (snow centre) branch - We wanted to convert a very small space into a gym the whole family can use and got great advice and direction from Lee. Being able to come into store, see the products and get recommendations from a real life person is a great advantage over other online retailers. We found Lee very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process (initial research to placing the order and follow up) and would highly recommend both the retailer and the specific brand and Lee!
