Great bike, excellent service
Firstly, Hugh Kelly in the Chelmsford store was super helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various options we were exploring - he did a great job in helping us understand what was right for us, leading us to purchase this bike.
The delivery was quick and I had great communication. The bike was really well packaged had no issues with any damage.
The bike itself is really well made and feels solid - done a few workouts on it so far and its good - won't say I am enjoying it as its such hard work, but thats the point :)

Bought Sole Treadmill and love it
I stopped by to look for a treadmill and was assisted by Hugh, who did a fantastic job walking us through the different models and their features. His expertise actually led us to choose a treadmill we hadn’t originally considered, and we couldn’t be happier with it! I highly recommend speaking with the team before making a purchase. To top it off, delivery only took a few days. Excellent service all around.
