Replacing a 24 year old Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer. Wanted a like for like replacement which we were able to order online. They contacted us by phone very quickly with a delivery date and on the day confirmed a time that was 100% accurate enabling me to leave work and get home without any additional time off. Connor and Andrew were incredibly professional and expert in removing the old and installing the new fridge freezer. It was tricky as the space was tight but they were fantastic throughout and calmly carried out the installation to perfection. Very impressed and a real joy to find such a professional company with professional staff. Thank you.

Chris and Eddie provided an outstanding service in delivering a double fridge freezer to our basement kitchen. They maneuvered it with extreme care around some sharp corners and stairs, taking great care throughout. They tried their utmost to do a great job, which they absolutely more than achieved. We are very grateful!

Faultless delilvery, collection and installation. Got a text first thing, a call from Eddie and Andrew, and they turned up to minute they said they would - and we are not easy to find. The delivery and installation of my fridge freezer by Chris and Eddie was excellent. I can’t speak highly of them enough. Very courteous and professional. Took every care not to damage anything, they were on time and efficient and very polite. Exactly what customer service should be

Good communication from F&P about delivery. The delivery team, Connor & Andrew, rang about an hour before arrival so we had time to clear the old f/f. before installation of the new one. Very efficient & friendly service. Good explanation of how it worked. One slight hiccup was a connector split when trying to attach to water pipe (over enthusiastic!) so we were without water/ice until we could get a replacement.

Ash,The engineer was pleasant professional and knew exactly what he was doing and advised me how to deal with matters in the future
