Helpful staff no matter who you speak to, they will always try to help no matter the situation unlike a standard bank. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always so helpful when things are happening beyond my control

I found getting a loan the worst experience and felt it was because I had retired I had plenty of assets to cover loan and no face to face also asked for things to be sent in pdf file
I have coffee with retirees for eir and alot have found it not as assemble as the banks who offer lower interest rates . I find the counter staff amazing amazing the credit union was set up for people to stop them going to money lenders and now the y can't use common sense and be there especially for people like me who are almost 40years in one and whre my mother volunteered for years in Harold's Cross credit union

I can complete all of my queries from my sittingroom. I made my request for loan which was approved on a few days and the amount requested was in my bank account immediately. Ease of application plus sped of approval and delivery was excellent.

For me the walk in service to the CU is a must,,Service and Knowledge of staff is good, When phoning speed of answer and dealing with the agent has always been a good experience,,,I’ve included a date in March but might not be exact date,,

Their customer service is first rate. The website can be a little clunky to use from a phone but is still easy enough.

First Tech CU has transformed by day to day banking - I have commenced using Budget account this year - and it is an amazing service to support household budgeting planning and year 2 I have switched most of my DDs to the Credit Union.

I love dealing with First Tech CU as the speed of response is exemplary and you deal with "people" V call queues in call centres.

Their App I feel is easy to access, navigate and secure.
