Did it for about 3 months.when called to cancel said i need to cancel 30 day which is fine so I called back after made a payment and now said same so had 2 more payment and still trying to cancel very misleading and very bad service

Absolute scam !!! And he was so convincing! I’m 21 and I thought I was propper switched on with stuff like this, told me I’d won lottery tickets, to pick 6 lucking numbers ranging from 1-50 and then 2 extra lucky numbers :( and I gave him my sort code

I just did not trust them they told me I had won a prize from one of the big stores still waiting for the prize lol. The so called agent then went on you have. 10 free goes on the lottery then comes the spiel about their lottery asking for bank details sort code ans account number which I gave {fool} I contacted the bank and told them not to pay the direct debit to this company was told to watch my direct debits and to cancel once their information was on my payments. I then contacted firstprizelotto and told them I instructed my bank not to pay them and also told them under the 14 day cooling off period I had the right to cancel they still tried to sell me the spiel.I was doing surveys on line and this is where the came to contact me be aware.

Yes, it is a scam, telling you you have won something asking you to chose your lucky numbers, then asking for bank details to then set you up to pay £34.99 a month for something - I put the phone down at this point.

After reading reviews I attempted to call back i had a man very argumentative telling me they are not on trust pilot we are a lottery service. The man wouldn't listen told me i kept saying the same thing and wouldn't listen. I hung up do not use.

Had a random call to say I had won 10 free goes on euro lotto for them to say it’s all free. Later asked for bank details to be told it’s if you win we only need sort code and account number to put the winnings in.
To then receive an email 3 days later of a direct debit set up for £39.99 a month.
I called them not very happy for them to say ok we will lower the price. I said no and cancelled it all together.

A scam, they go through information about winning and ask for personal details.

Got call from 02039363415 telling me I'd won 10 free draws in lottery. They told me I was eligible to become part of a syndicate of 150 people and they asked for bank details to pay incase I win. the called again and again and they set up a direct debit for £39

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They called me out of the blue claiming I had “won” 10 lines and was eligible to enter the EuroMillions. They then asked for my bank details, insisting it was only to deposit any winnings. I was suspicious, so I provided details of my Revolut account, which usually has less than £25 in it.

Later that evening, I received an email confirming that a direct debit of £39 had been set up for something called “First Prize Lotto.” I immediately emailed them demanding cancellation of this direct debit, warning that I would file a police complaint for setting it up under false pretenses.

The next day, I got a call where they tried to reassure me that the money would be refunded if I didn’t win any prize. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the direct debit, but they just kept repeating the same line. It was only when I threatened to report them to the police and to Action Fraud that I finally received an email confirming the cancellation.

I am still in touch with my bank to ensure that the direct debit has indeed been cancelled. This entire experience has been stressful and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Rang me out of the blue saying that I’d been entered into the European lottery and would have a stake in the winnings plus 10 scratchcards, I thought hmmm scam - they even used my old email address. DO NOT USE these companies.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They phone and ask you to confirm your full name, full address, date of birth and email address. They have obtained this information via the internet without my consent. and tell you that you have won 10 free entries in the euro lottery and also that you will be entered into a syndicate so if the syndicate wins, you get a share of it. They then ask for the name of your bank, your account number and sort code to send you you money if you win. They tell you that they won’t ask for your long bank card number so your money is safe. BEWARE- if you give them the details
they ask for, they then have all the information they need to set up a bank mandate and will deduct money via a direct debit. When I told them that they were scammers, the caller hung up. Please, please be careful. The caller is pushy and tries to charm you. Don’t be fooled by them. Disgusting

Same here, apparently I was one of 100 people lucky enough to be selected for 15 lottery tickets. I asked who they were and googled them at the same time. When I said I wasn't interested as they had a poor Trustpilot score, she hung up :-)

They are scammer, don't use them

They just called me. When questioned why they wouldn't send me any details in writing BEFORE I agreed to proceed I kept being told the call was recorded and he had to be open and truthful with me otherwise he'd lose his job.

To my knowledge, if calls are recorded, I would get a message at the start of the call to confirm the call was being recorded. I don't recall hearing such message and the whole call was difficult to hear due to all the other call handlers he was sitting next to, all speaking on the phone too.

Hardly convincing as a professional outfit. After the nth time of asking for my bank details and telling me how safe that was, I told him I didn't share such information with someone I don't know and that we should end the conversation, which we did.

The only good thing I can see I got from it was that he was on the phone to me for 15mins, so at least one other person wasn't sucked into signing up while he was talking to me.

Cancellation immediately!
They keep bothering people with fake continuous calls late in the evening as well as mornings afternoon, all day around they will call you for only reason to scam you. There is no alternative to report or complain about them anywhere online, I am keep blocking their number and they keep insisting from different phone numbers! This is disguising how is this possible

Such a big scam dont trust these people no matter what they say they just take your money every month and you win 1.5£ then they say you are not untitled for a refund and still got mine card info never again big lier and big scam this needs to get sorted out and investigated people !!

DO NOT USES THIS LOTTO EVER . I got told I had won an iPhone 16 and was through to the finals . Some who they found out my name my address my email etc this is a risky website and is not ment to be running . STAY OF FIRST LOTTO

Back in may I had a phonecall saying I was one of 100 people selected to win the lotto they got my details went through bank details set me up they even said I had a 14 day cooling off period, after putting the phone down I Decided not to go through with it and wrote an email saying so on that same day the following day they said I couldn't cancel and emailed me with 25th June 2025 when I can cancel, I wrote the email today saying I want to cancel and they just phoned saying I I can't because they couldn't take £39 payment so they moved me to a loyalty account, I said that they couldn't take it as I personally cancelled the direct debit as I had already made my mind up I did not want to go through with it, they said to give them a chance at this point the phone went down, they will not allow you to cancel no matter how much you try, it's an 020 number from London they were calling from i am not happy and fear for any vulnerable person they contact, I strongly advise against this company

They called me to say I've been selected to win 15 lottery tickets and asked for my account code and sort code so they can transfer me the money if I win, I then received an email saying they set up a direct debit in my name which was never mentioned or agreed, please don't get involved with this company.
